How does it work?

1. First I have to register for FREE
2. Once my account is active, I need to login
3. Then I can search for jobs
4. And I can also subscribe for Job Alerts
5. When I find good, interesting, jobs, I apply with a simple click
6. Then I keep track of those applications and receive answers
7. I can send my CV by email, with just one simple click
8. I get answer from the Companies advertising the jobs for which I applied
9. Next, the Companies schedule me for telephone or personal interviews
10. I sign a new employment contract, much better than the one I had before
11. I keep in touch with Oil Offshore Marine and stay stick with the job search and HR developments
12. Subsequently, I always update my CV so that it reflects my accomplishments
13. Perhaps I might want to find another job, so I'll keep enjoying Oil Offshore Marine

Unlike other websites where you have to pay to get your CV uploaded and sent to companies, or to have your CV named "Premium CV" or otherwise "promoted", we don't charge you, the jobseeker, not even a single cent. After all, why would you pay even a single cent in order to get a new job? Since it is not you the one who posts jobs and recruits the Company, but it is the Company the one advertising jobs and recruiting you, it is therefore reasonable that the Company pays for advertising and, thus, for recruiting you, while you shouldn't pay anything. Does it make sense? We think it does. A lot.

2. Once my account is active, I need to login
Answers: Obviously, you need to login before using most of the services and before you can apply online for jobs. Once you are logged in, Search new jobs, see the Top Jobs, and use all the other services. They are designed for you, so feel free to use them as much as you want.

Answers: Yes, exactly. You can perform a Job Search or an Advanced Job Search. When you find good jobs for which you want to apply online, a simple click does it automatically saving you time and efforts. Your job applications are instalntly delivered to the Companies advertising those jobs.

4. And I can also subscribe for Job Alerts
Answers: 100% correct. Since you may be too busy for a certain period of time, we have implemented a Job Alerts system. When you subscribe, you will be sent notifications regarding new job postings; this way you can easily keep in touch with Oil Offshore Marine.

But don't expect to get only acceptances, as you will also get rejections - this it how it is; life in general, and job search, in special, are not fairy tales. Not all those who apply are accepted, and, of course, not all those who are accepted are finally hired, but just a couple of them. While you must be eager to get a new job and be determined to obtain a very good financial package, don't forget that you must remain with your feet on the ground, and work very hard on your CV (we strongly reccommend that you Update your CV here, as often as possible, so that it reflects your up-to-date experience).
In the end, you'll be successful in securing a good, new, job.
