0. ... create multiple users for the Company?
Answers: We have had numerous system design discussions regarding multiple users facility; putting all the pros and the cons on the balance, we came to the following conclusion: in order to allow each Company to have a very efficient and structured recruitment, each recruitment assistant, consultant or manager will open a separate account using the same Company name BUT different usernames and passwords. This allows fantastic flexibility as each person (from the recruitment team) is responsible for her[his] own account, posting the jobs she[he] is responsible for, searching cvs, following up with the candidates, performing interviews and eventually making assessments; later on, hiring decisions will be made.
Thus, by having implemented this structured system, we ensure a much greater efficiency in terms of costs, time and internal communications. Needless to say that if any recruiter wishes to present her[his] account to a colleague or superior, all she[he] needs to do is to provide the login details.
Case Study: Let's take a quick example. Company A has offices in Houston and London. The Recruitment team in London is made of Jane (Recruitment Manager) and Allison (Recruitment Consultant), while the Recruitment Team in Houston is made of Sarah (Recruitment Manager) and Carolyn (Recruitment Consultant). They can open 1, 2, 3, or 4 different accounts, but for recruitment efficiency purposes, each of these four ladies opens a different account, in total 4 accounts. All these 4 accounts are opened on A Company's behalf, and each has an unique username and password. Subsequently, each of the four ladies opens recruitment campaigns (Jane for a project in London, Allison for a project in Russia, Sarah for a project in Houston, and Carolyn for a project in Saudi Arabia), posting jobs and searching CVs, following up with all the job applicants they receive. They perform their duties on a very structured basis, providing the needed manpower for their projects, and they can even help each other.
Using Oil Offshore Marine excellent recruitment system, each of the four ladies contributes to the Company's efficiency, assuring the needed personnel for the projects, reducing recruitment costs and saving valuable time. |
