Fabrication Manager – Platforms = Person who manages the fabrication of the necessary structures and repairs with regards to platforms; also, has the responsibility to ensure proper training for necessary machining (and fabrication of the machinery) is assured. Continued below
Fabrication Manager – Shipyards = Person managing the operations of the fabrication of the steel structures at the Shipyard, focusing specifically on Ship (or Rig) repair, Industrial projects, and managing the fabrication of machining workshops; includes planning and management of labour, and improving productivity within budget and cost control plans.
Fabrication Manager – Topsides = Person who manages the fabrication of the structures and necessary facilities on the top deck, including repairs and managing the machinery fabrications workshops and/or training.
Facilities Engineer - FPSO = Person who carries the responsibility of evaluating, developing and implementing effective, improved and necessary procedures and systems, as well as facilities, on the FPSO (Floating Production and System Offloader) Vessel.
Facilities Engineer - Refinery = Person who evaluates the procedures and systems at the Refinery and works towards developing and implementing improved procedures, systems and facilities.
Facilities Engineer = Person who evaluates, develops and implements necessary effective systems and procedures at the facility to improve maintenance plans and general facilities.
Facilities Maintenance Specialist = Person who is responsible for the maintenance of the facilities, tools and machinery at the facility; who improves procedures and facilities.
Facilities Planning Specialist = Person responsible for the adequate planning of facilities; including space, tools and staff, and ensuring all plans are adequate for present and future needs.
Field Development Engineer = See Development Engineer. Person who ensures that all field development activities comply with regulatory standards, change processes, risk assessments and all relating studies and/or processes.
Field Engineer – Oil & Gas = Person who has the responsibility of the equipment from end to end, and ensures that projects are conducted according to procedures, regulations and schedules. See also Field Engineer – well-site.
Field Engineer - Well-site = Person who is responsible for the equipment, installation, testing and certification of the equipment and rig at the wellsite; also, ensures that the relevant managers are up to date on progress, and that all procedures and regulations are properly adhered to at the wellsite.
Finance Specialist – Oil & Gas = Person responsible for creating effective administrative and accounting systems related to major account functions in the Oil & Gas industry; also, to provide administrative and supervisory support to staff.
Financial Controller – Oil & Gas = Person who is responsible for the supervision of revenue, the certification of accounts; also, the control of the accounts of staff and/or executives.
Finite Element Analysis Engineer (FEA Engineer) = Person who calculates the stress level in each element using FEA software (FEA is a computational method for calculating stress and allowing one to predict deflection or failure.)

Flow Assurance Specialist – Oil & Gas = Person who prepares and executes transient, multi-phase thermal hydraulic simulations in establishing the system operability in all conditions.
FPSO Hull Inspectors = Person who is responsible for rigorous inspecting of the hull of the FPSO (Floating Production and System Offloader) and ensuring all health, safety and environment standards are adhered to.
FPSO Instrument Engineer = Person who is responsible for assessing the instrumentation equipment, applying the necessary strategies and routines to the instrumentation equipment and ensuring that the equipment is maintained correctly; also, ensuring that the correct procedures are in place for continuous maintenance.
FPSO Superintendent = Person who has overall responsibility of the FPSO (Floating Production and System Offloader) operations, focusing on the crew and equipment and ensuring that both are competent to undertake the necessary tasks on board.
Fracture Stimulation Engineer = Person responsible for fracture stimulation at the well-site; providing design, cost estimates, programs and advice as well as planning and improving safety and environmental concerns.
