1. Neem FPF( GNPOC `SUDAN) Since from June 2006.
Position Held: Production Forman as a Control Room operator
DCS,SCDA and PLC system operation –safety system honey well-during commissioning carry out all ESD LOOP function test-train shout down loop-vessels LALL &LAHH activation test-checking the switch and controller transmitter variation -control vale functioning-if it is stuck up open bypass and maintain the vessel level avoid the liquid carry over to flare system-maintain the interface level –vessel water out let sample collecting for PPM measurement –adjust the chemical dosing-regulating the preheating temperature by heater treater with Heat exchanger row liquid controlling-collecting gas sample for H2 S concentration and CO2 %-safety system calibration each 3moth –gas detector ,fire detector UV –test with over ride mode-faulty sensor changing-Reporting daily production, down time with reason, system down graded and inhibited to the Supervisor, controlling the inventory of chemicals and consumable. Responsible for Isolations and enhance the PTW in a safe manner, Conducting weekly, monthly safety meeting and reinstate the minutes to the operation. Identify the potential hazards and preparing MOCs for the management changes. Planning and implement the front lime maintenance as well as planed maintenance. Coordinate with the Maintenance team and Minimize the down time by proper planning. Assist Production Supervisor for deputing management meeting. Control the process of 80,000 Bpld crude 42 API and 40 MMSCFD Gas with CO2 by Emerson DeltaV process controller and Honeywell F&G system.

Three field WPE 1, WPE 2, WPE 3 – Total 16 wells – Production 1.5 lacks barrels per day – WPE 2 & WPE 3 unman Platform, WPE 1 as process platforms (PPE)Total 7 Wells – Brisco Panel board – ESD Loops – Fusible Plug (1050C) – Hydraulic valves ‘X’ mas tree – checking the Brisco Panel board hydraulic tank oil level (70%) & check the banal board instrument air pr. (7 bar). Wing value hydraulic pressure 280 bar). Master valve 500bar) & Down hole safety valve (310 bar). Hydraulic pressure in banal gauge & Low – high Pilot indication (25 & 52 bar) Dead weight pressure gauge: check well head pressure & DCS pressure (difference) Fully Pneumatics control valves system Panel board. ESD level 3.1 – PSHH pressure 54 bar close SDV (inlet & outlet valves close) & blow down valve open- (PSV- auto open)- LSHH 72% SDV close (inlet & outlet liquid valves close) Antifoam injection pump stop – by pass valve open.
