Optimized & maintain the process parameters to enhance the overall efficiency by achieving 15.30 % in 156 multicrystalline wafers with throughput of 3000 wafers/ hr.
Optimized etching rate at acid texturization to increase the overall efficiency of cell.
Performing trials to increase the overall yield of the cells by minimizing the defects.
Optimization of metallization process by reducing the printing defects.
Analyzed following process parameters with Statistical Process Control(SPC):

Recycling process: As a team member introduced recycling process for:
Silicon nitride rejection wafers & getting good efficiency.
Phosphorous drops wafers.
Problem of white stains reduced.
Statistically Analyzed the Sheet Resistance and SiNx thickness and reduced the
Proximity mode of masking: implementing proximity mode instead of contact mode of masking at few stages to reduce the mask rejection occurring during the masking process, resulting in the Yield improvement, Cost reduction, continual improvement..
