• Preparation of Engineering Documents for Conceptual Engineering, FED & Detail Designing
Which involves:

b. Preparation Various documents related to BFD / FED / DD like :
Requisition for all types of Instrument Items (FCS, IPS, FGS, Metering Skid, Analyzers (GC, H2S, HC,
Water Dew, TVP), Field Instruments, Control valve, ESD/PSD valve, Creep valves, Instrument
Engineering data sheets, Cause & Effect Diagram, Function Logic Diagrams (FLD), IPF Package, I/O List,
System Architecture, Control Room layout, Block Diagram, ICTDs, Cable Schedule, MTO, Signals
Diagram, Instrument Trench & Location Drawings, Fire & Gas detector Layout.
• Input to P & IDs, Plot Plan, GA Drawings, Control & Safeguarding philosophies thro IDC.
• Deliver Engineering Documents/ Drawings as per Quality Plan/Schedule.
• Sizing of Orifice, Ventury Meter, RO and Control Valves (Thro’ Instrucal software).

This Project involve installation and commissioning of following systems:
1. Honeywell Total Plant Solution (TDC-3000 DCS System) & ESD System (FSC)
2. Custody Transfer Tank Gauge System for Floating Type Crude Oil Tanks ( Make: SAAB)
3. Automatic Dewatering System( Make: AGAR Corporation)
4. Crude Oil Metering Skid (Turbine) with Prover (Make: Daniel)
5. FGS(Make : Detronics) & Corrosion Monitoring System
Responsibilities and Contribution
 Preparation of Instrument Datasheets / Purchase Requisitions
 Preparation of Engineering document like I/O List, Cable Schedule, Loop Diagrams, FLDs. Hook-up & Installation drawings, Instrument Location layout, Cause & Effect,
 Technical Evaluation of Vendors and checking of vendor drawings.
 Prepare Job Execution Schedule, Daily Progress Report, Procedures and
 Method of Statement for various Instrument Systems, Risk Assessments.
 Conduct Site Survey, Check and revise documents for Main Cable route, Cable Scheduling

 A/G and U/G for Cables (Instrument & FOC) & Instrument Location.
