Management of all procurement contracts for local and imported equipment, and services required to the projects, such as engineering, civil construction, external consultants;
Management of the whole Permitting process with the approval of all licenses required for each project by the respective Governmental Local Agencies in South America;
Management & development of matrix project teams from several areas (IT, HR, finance) in the respective countries where the projects took place;
Responsible for all communication interfaces with authorities, internal and external customers, senior stakeholders, including reporting to board level in Germany;
Supported the Financial Manager to obtain financing with lower interest rates for the projects in Brazil with the National Bank of Development (BNDES);
