Work Experience :

Aug. 2005 – To Present

Employed by SAIPEM / ITALY trough “ Global Petroproject Services AG “ Zurich
initially as an Electronic Technician on Semisubmersible Drilling Oilrig “ Scarabeo 3 “
on Offshore Nigeria in August 2005, my position have been changed after one year
as a Chief Electrician ( acting also like Electronic Technician ) on the above
mentioned Semisubmersible “ Scarabeo 3 “.
In Jan. 2008 I have been moved to Cameroun to take care of the new building
project – a Tender Assistance Barge “ TAD “ for commissioning and Start UP and
later on in Aug. on the same TAD in Congo Republic for Start of drilling and final
commissioning and organisation.
End of 2008 from Sept. my position have been changed for Supervision of Electrical
and Electronic equipment for West Africa’s Saipem offshore drilling oilrig units
located in Offshore of Nigeria, Cameroun, Congo Republic and Angola
comprising a Semisubmersible drilling oilrig, a Jack Up, a Tender Assistance Barge
and theyer drilling unit, a Construction and assistance Ship “ Saipem 3000 “,
Operational base of Saipem in Nigeria and Congo Republic.
Well known of drilling equipment, SCR’s Ross Hill, Siemens…, VFD’s, Eddy Current
brake, Rig Sense and Infodrill supervision drilling system, Varco and Canrig Top
Drive…, Generators plant.
Well experienced with maintenance program, full familiarised with work permit,
isolation, HSE, job risc assesment, work planing and work maintenance record
reports.
Well known of electrical and electronic equipments, PLCs and new concept of
automations and control.

July 2003- June 2005

Global Santa Fe – Houston Drilling oil company, assigned as an Electrical
Engineer on drilling oilrig Jack Up “ Key Manhattan “. Use troubleshooting and repair skills to keep instalations in good working condition, performe preventive and planned maintenance and maintain maintenance records, routine calibrations and records, functional testing, good experience in PLC systems and data acquisition, self starter , flexible and hard working . Fully familiarisation with Job risk assesment, HSE, Planned work and Work permit. Well familiarized with Ross Hill , Siemens and other type of SCR’s, Eddy Current Brake, Rig Sense and InfoDrill supervision systems, Varco and Canrig Top Drive sys., well known of specific drilling equipment.
Due to well known of specific drilling or production equipment, engine equipment, refrigeration and air conditioning, any trouble I have had it was solved in proper time, I haven’t any outside service on my work site while being on .


1998 – May 2003

“ MIDOCEAN I-LE OF MAN “ Great Britain/ Germany shipping company “ Peter Doehle “, Hamonia, MSC, American President Line, as an Electrical Engineer with technical qualification, Trouble shooter and Flying El. Engineer, Service repairs and project implementation on International Ocean Line container vessels owned by the Great Britain or Germany Shipping company with Worldwide service lines.
Technical supervisory and automatisation project implementation, planned maintenance and repairs, service repairs, on electrical instalations, integrated process monitoring systems ,integrated engines running systems, electrical data analisys, bridge equipment and domestic equipment.
Often used from ship to ship for urgently repairings and upgrade project implementation and Start Up.
From 2000 to 2003 I have been used in Shipyard like a commissioning eng. for
new building project , in this period supervising construction, commissioning and Start Up of 5 new big Container Vessels in Taiwan, China, Singapore and Poland
shipyard.

Onshore Romanian Drilling Oil company as an Lead Electrical Engineer
Department for electrical oil drilling instalations up to 10000 m dept. with
supervision of Repairing, Maintenance, Start Up of 38 pcs. Onshore Drilling
installations of different sizes.
Developed and built an testing stand for SCR to avoid the services expenses,
implentation of the electrical project and upgrade, parameters and electrical data
analysis, repairs and planned maintenance of all elecrtical drilling equipment,
cranes, ..

1989 – 1994

Germany and Greek shipping company, Mediteranean Shipping Company, as an
Electrical Engineer with technical qualification, Trouble shooter and Flying El.
Engineer, Service repairs on International Ocean Line, Bulk Carrier, Passenger
and General Cargoes vessels owned by the Germany or Greek Shipping company
with Worldwide service lines.

analisys, bridge equipment and domestic equipment.

and Germany ships such as a Bulk carrier vessels, Container vessels, Cargo
vessels, Oil Tanker vessels. Used very often in Shipyard for periodicaly
maintenance and project Upgrade, new installations comissioning and Start UP.
