I am eager to learn more and intend to develop my working skills and attitude to the best ability

I worked for almost five (5) years as Clerk and Operations officer in the Philippines and now I was currently employed as Marian Operator/ Material Controller (using Marian System or Smart Plan Materials) in Chiyoda Technip Joint Venture.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2008 to date CHIYODA TECHNIP JOINT VENTURE RGX6&7 / AKG2
RasGas LNG Onshore Expansion Project Phase 2,
Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar

SmartPlant Materials/ Marian Operator/ Material Controller

§ Implements and maintains material control, arrangement and documentation of materials by preparing and processing of Dispatch Request Slip (DRS) for RGX6&7 and AKG2 Piping and Instrument to ensure that the project meets the target date.

§ Prepare the Material Dispatch Slip (MDS) to maintain material control of the Project.

§ Coordinate to Engineering and construction for material availability.

§ Preparing weekly report to Department’s manager for the status of material Received and Issued.

§ Preparing weekly report to subcontractors for the status of materials availability and stock inventory.

§ Coordinate to subcontractors engineering for material discrepancies.

§ Monitor Over issued materials for AKG2 (AL KHALEEJ GAS 2 Project) to avoid over request and overlapping of materials. Adjust the over issue materials in the system to ensures availability of materials/stock at the job sites.

§ Received and process Material Receiving Report (MRR) for RGX6&7/AKG2 in MARIAN System to ensure that the material specifications, qualifications, acceptance procedures, processing instructions, inspection procedures and standards are suitable, complete, up-to-date, and are properly documented.

§ Update and follow up O, S & D (Overage, Shortage & Damaged materials) for technical evaluation and visual inspection and provides corrective action report with corrective action taken.

§ Monitor and Process material Request for Miss, Lost & Damage (MLD) materials.

§ Monitor and check all out going Material Dispatch Slip (MDS) to avoid over request of materials and to avoid discrepancies to maintain an accurate inventory on hand Quantity.

§ Monitor flow of materials, according to project schedules, compiles and maintains records such as material inventory, status & location of materials.

§ Monitor and update to system all Material Return to ensure its stocks availability.

§ Logs and update all returned Material Dispatch Slip (MDS) via Microsoft Excel.

§ Download all Marian Data to update Material Inventory to ensure materials availability.

§ Monitor materials return by sub-contractors and update to Marian system to ensure the availability of materials inventory in the system.

§ Verify and post details of business transactions, such as payments received.

§ Reconcile and recommend resolution for report discrepancies and problems.

§ Coordinate and prepare pertinent information for external bookkeeper.

§ Prepare and mail report.

§ Type letters, memos and other materials.
