A) RESPONSIBILITYS AND NATURE OF JOBíS IN MMG:
a) Control of sub contractors in various testing agencies of NDE, PWHT, and CALIBRATION contractors by review there procedures, personnel qualification certificates.
b) Preparation of procedures WPS, PQR, NDE and Work related documents as per Engineering Data, project client specifications requirements and submit approval for client.
c) Preparation of Welder Qualification Test recordís as per Approved Welding Procedure Specifications, Approved Procedure Qualification record requirements.
d) Review&ensure calibration certificates of mechanical, electrical, digital equipments and instruments (eg; welding machines, welding electrode ovens, PWHT, UT, MT, PMI Testing machine and pressure, temperature and measuring instruments.
e) Carryout stage inspections as per approved ITP have and approved procedures.
f) Conduct inspection of material identification and traceability by verify stencil marks, heat no and lot no transferring.
g) Conduct Stage Inspection by verification that dimensions, set-up (gap-mismatch, grove angle, cleanliness of joint) as per Approved drawings, WPS, Engineering data sheets, and allot qualified welders. Checking of preheat temperatures wherever required according to specified procedures and inter pass temperatures as per qualified WPS.
h) Conduct inspection of pre welding and post welding examination..
i) Conduct final align ment inspection for checking slope, pipe straightness as per approved drawings, specifications and procedures.
j) Preparation of inspection reports, welding statics rejection rate report, welder evaluation report etc.
k) Perform Selection of NDE percentage requirements as per Code, project specifications and witness of NDE Methods PT, MT, UT, and perform review of Radiography testing film interpretation as per specified codes.
l) In Process surveillance inspection during welding by checking interpass temperature, welder ID, postweld heat treatment, welding electrodes at the field, cleaning of joint, removing of cleat during welding and sequence of welding.
m) Preparation of Hydro Test packages final documentation and witness hydro test as per specified codes and approved procedures.

2) Worked with m/s L&T LTD. as a QA/QC ENGINEER at HAZIRA WORKS OF (HEAVY NGINEERING DIVISION) SURAT and RELIANCE PETROLEUM LIMITED of JAMNAGAR (GUJARAT) From
25 .07.2007 to 10.10.2008.

A) RESPONSIBILITYS AND NATURE OF JOBíS IN L&T LTD:
a) Preparation of ITPís (Inspection test plans), QAP (Quality Assurance Plans) and submit approval for client.
b) Control of sub contractors in various testing agencies of NDE, PWHT, and CALIBRATION contractors by review there procedures, personnel qualification certificates.
c) Preparation of procedures WPS, PQR, NDE and Work related documents as per Engineering Data, project client specifications requirements and submit approval for client.
d) Preparation of Welder Qualification Test recordís as per Approved Welding Procedure Specifications, Approved Procedure Qualification record requirements.
e) Review&Ensure calibration certificates of mechanical, electrical, digital equipments and instruments (eg; welding machines, welding electrode ovens, PWHT, UT, MT, PMI Testing machine and pressure, temperature and measuring instruments.

h) Conduct inspection of material identification and traceability by verify stencil marks, heat no and lot no transferring.
i) Conduct surface treatment inspection for SS, CS Pipes& equipments and perform acid traces, iron content, and fluoride tests.
j) Conduct Stage Inspection by verification that dimensions, set-up (gap-mismatch, grove angle, cleanliness of joint) as per Approved drawings, WPS, Engineering data sheets, and allot qualified welders. Checking of preheat temperatures wherever required according to specified procedures and inter pass temperatures as per qualified WPS.
k) Conduct inspection of pre welding, post welding examination and passivation for SS materials after welding.
l) Preparation of inspection reports, welding statics rejection rate report, welder evaluation report etc.
m) In Process surveillance inspection during welding by checking interpass temperature, welder ID, post weld heat treatment, hardness testing, welding electrodes at the field, cleaning of joint, removing of cleat during welding and sequence of welding.
n) Perform Selection of NDE percentage requirements as per Code, project specifications and witness of NDE Methods PT, MT, UT, and perform review of Radiography testing film interpretation as per specified codes.
