EQUIPMENTS HANDLED:

Hands on experiences in the following equipment with good knowledge in Theoretical & Practical aspects of Maintenance of Equipment in Offshore, Onshore and Petrochemical Plants.

PUMPS:
Makes: Pacific, Sulzer, Sundyne, Uraca, Ebara, Flowserve & Nuovo Pignone.

Geometric dimensional check of foundation, equipment and auxiliaries skids positioning, leveling and alignment. Installation, assembling, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & overhauling activities of auxiliary equipment such as oil console, seal pot system & interconnection.

a) Having relevant experience in maintenance in all types of pumps such as centrifugal
& reciprocating pumps.
b) Obtaining a complete check list of the dismantled equipment and keep a record of the same.
c) Inspect the condition of rotating parts namely shaft, sleeve, impeller, oil deflectors, wear rings, bearings (thrust & radial), coupling and stationary parts such as casing stuffing box, distance pieces and bearing housing.
d) Renewal of mechanical seals replacement of rotor checking wearing and throat bushes, bearing clearances
e) Maintaining the required float in multistage pumps.
f) Checking the end play, squarness and concentricity using a dial gauge while pump assembly.
g) Hydro test of pumps to determine mechanical seal and casing leaks.
h) Over hauling of reciprocating pump such as plunger pump & diaphragm pump including renewal of plunger packing, oil seals, suction discharge valves checking & servicing.


MECHANICAL SEALS:
Makes: John crane, Flowserve, Westech, Sealol, & Burgmann.

a) Assembling, reconditioning and replacing all type of Mechanical seals such as single double, tandem and cartridge seals, having single, multi-spring and bellow type.
b) Renewed seal faces(primary ring & mating ring) and maintained operating length lapping seal faces to the required finish.


CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSORS:

Makes: Sulzer, Ingersoll-Rand, Nuovopignone, Kawasaki & Elliot.
Involved in complete trip down and reassembly of centrifugal compressor.

Geometric dimensional check of foundation, equipment and auxiliaries skids positioning, leveling and alignment. Installation, assembling, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & overhauling activities of compressor auxiliary equipment such as oil console, seal gas system, air console, interconnection piping, oil cooler, anti surge system oil flushing and blowing.

Minor & Major Inspection Tasks:
Assembly, disassembly, check and adjust the installation and functioning clearances, evaluate the wear, damage state of

a) Coupling, lubricated-tooth and dry-elastic type.
b) Thrust bearings and Journal bearings, lobes and tilting pads types, with direct or pressurized lubrication systems.
c) Gas seal, labyrinth and honeycomb types.
d) Oil seals, gauged floating rings type.
e) Check and adjust the installing clearance of Dry gas seal and Oil film seals
f) Check and adjust the correct alignment conditions between driver and driven units.
g) Rotors and impellers
h) Diaphragm or diaphragm bundle and volutes
i) Respecting the minimum axial clearance between impellers and diaphragm and delivery dimensions of volute.


AXIAL FLOW COMPRESSORS:
Makes: Solar Turbines

Geometric dimensional check of foundation, equipment and auxiliaries skids positioning, leveling and alignment. Installation, assembling, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & overhauling activities of compressor auxiliary equipment such as oil console, seal gas system, air console, interconnection piping, oil cooler, anti surge system oil flushing and blowing.

Minor & Major Inspection Tasks:
Assembly, disassembly, check and adjust the installation and functioning clearances, evaluate the wear, damage state of

a) Coupling, lubricated-tooth and dry-elastic type.
b) Thrust bearings and Journal bearings, lobes and tilting pads types, with direct or pressurized lubrication systems.
c) IGV blades, IGV linkage, internal casings, Rotor blades, Stator blades, IGV control connects and setting
d) Gas seal, labyrinth and honeycomb types.
e) Oil seals, gauged floating rings type.
f) Check and adjust the installing clearance of Dry gas seal and Oil film seals
g) Check and adjust the correct alignment conditions between driver and driven units.
h) Respecting the minimum safety axial clearance between rotor and stator.
i) Respecting the minimum safety radial clearance between rotor and stator.


RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS:

Makes: Nuovo-pignone, Dresser Rand & Atlas Copco

Geometric dimensional check of foundation, equipment and auxiliaries skids positioning, leveling and alignment. Installation, assembling, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & overhauling activities of compressor auxiliary equipment such as oil console, seal gas system, air console, interconnection piping, and oil cooler, unloader system oil flushing and blowing.

Minor & Major Inspection Tasks:
Assembly, disassembly, check and adjust the installation and functioning clearances, evaluate the wear, damage state of

a) Coupling, fly wheel, crank shaft, connecting rod, cross head, gudgeon pin, piston rod, piston and cylinder.
b) Main bearings, Big end and small end bearings with direct or pressurized lubrication systems.
c) Refurbishment of suction and discharge valves, unloader & Renew of cylinder liner
d) Check and replace the piston rings, rider/guider rings, stuffing box packing & wiper rings
e) Check and adjust the TDC & BDC(pumping clearance)
f) Check and adjust the correct alignment conditions between driver and driven units.
g) Respecting the minimum deflection on piston rods.

STEAM TURBINE:

Makes: Coppus, KKK, Nuovo Pignone & Solar gas turbines.

Geometric dimensional check of foundation, equipment and auxiliaries skids positioning, leveling and alignment. . Installation, assembling, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & overhauling activities of steam turbine component such as oil console, seal gas system, air console, interconnection piping, oil cooler, vacuum system condenser system, oil flushing and blowing etc.

Minor & Major Inspection Tasks:
Assembly, disassembly, check and adjust the installation and functioning clearances, evaluate the wear, damage state of



a) Coupling, lubricated-tooth and dry-elastic type.
b) Thrust bearings and Journal bearings, lobes and tilting pads types, with direct or pressurized lubrication systems.
c) Oil and steam labyrinth seals.
d) Rotor, Inner casing and stator blades.
e) Alignment of steam path, turning gear, bearing and coupling
f) Emergency stop valves, Regulation valves assembly and front and rear supports
g) Check and adjust the correct alignment conditions between driver and driven units.
h) Respecting the minimum safety axial clearance between rotor and stator.
i) Respecting the minimum safety radial clearance between rotor and stator.


GAS TURBINE:
Makes: Solar gas turbines

Geometric dimensional check of foundation, equipment and auxiliaries skids positioning, leveling and alignment. . Installation, assembling, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & overhauling activities of gas turbine component such as oil console, air console, interconnection piping, coolers, structure, ducts, oil flushing and blowing etc.

Minor & Major Inspection Tasks:
Assembly, disassembly, check and adjust the installation and functioning clearances, evaluate the wear, damage state of

a) IGV blades, IGV linkage, internal casings, Rotor blades, Stator blades, fuel nozzle, IGV actuator
b) Thrust bearings and Journal bearings, lobes and tilting pads types, with direct or pressurized lubrication systems.
c) Bore scope inspection, Water wash procedure, combustion inspection & hot gas path inspection
d) Emergency stop valves, Regulation valves assembly and front and rear supports
e) Check and adjust the installing clearance of Dry gas seal and Oil film seals
f) Check and adjust the correct alignment conditions between driver and driven units.
g) Respecting the minimum safety axial clearance between rotor and stator.
h) Respecting the minimum safety radial clearance between rotor and stator by use of dummy shaft.

DIESEL ENGINE:
Makes: Kirlosker, Caterpillar, Dettroit & Stevert Stevenson.

Geometric dimensional check of foundation, equipment and auxiliaries skids positioning, leveling and alignment. Installation, assembling, troubleshooting & overhauling activities of Diesel engine component such as oil console, air console, interconnection piping, Radiator, oil flushing and blowing etc.

a) Nozzle testing and assembling.
b) Tappet clearance setting
c) Rocket arm assembling
d) Intake and Exhaust settings
e) Crank shaft & connecting rod assembling.
f) Piston setting and clearance setting


ROTARY PUMPS;
Makes: Kobelco & Ishibashi.

Geometric dimensional check of foundation, equipment positioning, leveling and alignment.

Preventive maintenance and complete overhauling of rotary pump used for lube oil, polymer melting & mixing the Low & High density polyethylene plant(LDPE & HDPE).

a) Replacing & repairing of Viscous seal & Fill Expand Seal(FES)
b) Replacing & overhauling of Return to Suction Valve (RTS)
c) Replacing oil seals, bearings gears and screws(drive & idler screw).
d) Performing alignments

GEARBOX:
Makes: Hansen, Kobelco and Ishibashi

a) General maintenance, overhauling & tooth conduct checking.
b) Gears replacement, backlash measurement and correction of gear
c) Bearing inspection and bearings renewal.

ALIGNMENT:
Thorough knowledge of types of alignment
a) Rim and face method
b) Reverse indicator method
c) Laser method

STATIC EQUIPMENTS:

a) Maintenance jobs carried out in Heat exchangers of Fixed , Floating and U tube type which include activities right from blinding, bundle pulling , cleaning , testing , repair works as per inspection etc.,
b) Maintenance jobs carried out in Fin fan Air coolers which include activities like blinding, Plugs removal tubes ID cleaning, Hydro testing activities, etc.

c) Maintenance jobs carried out in replacing existing tower internals as per requirement.
d) Maintenance jobs carried out in Towers which include activities like removal of trays, Demisters, Packing, trays cleaning , etc.,
e) Maintenance jobs carried out in absorber & vessels which include activities like cleaning, catalyst renewal, Demister removal etc.,
f) Maintenance jobs carried out in filters which include activities changing of elements, cleaning, inspection clearance etc.,
g) Checking of field measurements for scaffolding.

VALVES:
Servicing and testing valves like gate valves, globe valves, angle valves, ball valves, types of check valves, diaphragm valves & butterfly valves

SAFETY:

a) Having good knowledge in EHS policies & procedures.
b) Having good knowledge in Safe work Permit, Safe Job Plan, Material Safety Data Sheet, Tool Box talks and Hazards & Hazards control.
c) Awareness of EPPS (Electronic Permit Processing System) such as Cold work permit, Hot work permit, Confined space entry permit.
d) Awareness of various types of alarm codes & safety signboards.

SAFETY DEVICES HANDLING:

a) Awareness of using Personnel protective equipment eye/face protection, head, foot, hand, hearing etc as per job safety requirement.
b) Having good knowledge in using Breathing apparatus, life jackets & safety harness
c) Using various types of Fire extinguishers (CO2, Foam & DCP) H2S detectors, gas detector and safety life boat.
d) Knowing the operation of Fire water sprinkler system.
