Supervised and managed quality assurance of defense equipment. Supervised and directed rescue operations. Wrote different précis for safety program management and accident investigation. Arranged training and delivered lectures on aviation safety and security aspect. Due to this training, the accident rate became lowered by 50% and Bangladesh Air Force saved millions of dollars.
2002 - 2003 Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism
Director, Zia International Airport – Administered more than 3000 people engaged in finance, management, security, controllers etc. Managed all technical and commercial aspects within the yearly budget. Provided technical and application support to various management tiers. Arranged various technical training and direct hire procedure for technical level recruiting.

Officer Commanding and Flying Instructor, Basic Flying Squadron – Flight and logistic planning, administration, resource management and training of more than 500 student pilots. Conducted pre-buy inspection on potential aircraft acquisitions domestically and internationally.
