Products include catalysts and chemicals for large diesel engines. However, FlowTech’s core business is the buying and selling of oilfield drilling equipment, from small items to multi-million dollar ticket items. Specializing in deepwater riser/floatation packages.

During this tenure I set up an offshore distributorship and a commissioned sales force inclusive of domestic and foreign agencies. Made corporate presentations selling the products handled by FlowTech International. Also handled day to day sales/marketing, HSE,estimating, quotations and invoicing/accounting. Developed and maintained drilling accounts within the GOM and worldwide with an emphasis on equipment sales/brokerage packages.



San Augustine Fiberglass February 2001 – February 2003 San Augustine, Texas

San Augustine Fiberglass is a manufacturer of fiberglass boats and the repair and construction of fiberglass structures and custom parts. I acquired San Augustine Fiberglass Products in February of 2001 through a stock purchase. SAF was, at that time a 50 year old corporation with 17mm average annual sales.

AIMS International April 1996 - February 2001 Houston, Texas

AIMS International is a structural fiberglass fabricator and offers turnkey services for the offshore industry worldwide. AIMS also provided offsite and installation crews, engineering services, and design services.

Duties included direct sales and marketing to oil companies and drilling contractors in the G.O.M. and internationally (Southeast Asia, The Middle East, South America, Australia, Russia, etc.). Also performed negotiations, quotation preparation, and interacted on a job to job basis with engineering and design teams. Managed estimating department and sales team (inside/outside) and assured timely and accurate quotation process and ongoing increase in bottom line. Duties included contracting of international agents and the management of such agents and acting as an intermediate between BOD and employees.


Auto-con August 1990 – February of 1996

Auto-con was an offshore oil and gas supplier of Pneumatic Control Components and Devices and the installation of such for the offshore oil and gas industry.
