This Company is a sister Company of Dubai World and engaged in Facilities Management.
I am directly reporting to Operation Manager and supervising 80 staffs with 3,000 residents of different Companies. I am responsible for the following:

• Ensure that all contractors working inside the facility adheres to the basic Safety Requirements pertaining to the use and wearing of PPE.
• All blocks are properly provided with Safety equipment such as, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detectors and other safety gadgets to ensure the safety of all occupants.
• Conducting inspection to all fire extinguishers and ensure that these equipments are available and operational in case of emergency. All safety exits should be widely open and safety signage and lights are available to guide residents in case of fire.
• Conduct inspection to all fire hydrants provided around the facility and ensure that the valve provided therein is considered standard in size and ready to be used by fire trucks in case of emergency.
• All security staffs assigned in facility is knowledgeable and properly trained pertaining to fire fighting and handling of fire emergencies.
• Conduct fire prevention and dissemination of information to all resident and ensure that all residents are aware of all evacuation routes and the nearest assembly area in case of fire.
• To coordinate with the Contractors in case of safety deficiencies noted to any fire safety equipments provided by them.
• Ensure the safety and security of all water tanks and reservoirs of Facility including
Substations and generators.
• To submit outright reports to the Operations Manager and the Senior Facility Officer pertaining to the major problems noted for immediate action and disposition.


• Scrutinize, check and evaluate the Security contract entered into by the facility to any security service providers and ensure that the interest of facility shall be protected. Initiates and recommend amendments to said contract as deemed applicable and necessary for the benefit and most advantageous to the facility.
• Supervise all security personnel assigned in facility and ensure that the rules and regulation are properly implemented and follows.
• Personally check the bearing and appearance of all security personnel and conduct preliminary interview to all security staffs to ensure that they are qualified to be assigned.
• Ensure that the format and proper report writing shall meet the requirements of 5 W’s and one H.
• Review/Examine all incidents/accident reports submitted by the security officer and ensure that those violators stated/mentioned therein will be given disciplinary actions.
• Submit the facility to security audit every 3 months as applicable in order to determine the loopholes and weaknesses of current security set-up and give credence to the recommendation submitted by the auditors for it implementations.
• To coordinate with the management of security service providers pertaining to the security requirements such as, additional and lack of manpower, security equipment and any security and safety related matters affecting the usual operations.
• Initiates for the conduct of training to all security personnel pertaining to the subjects as deemed applicable and necessary to this facility such as; Fire prevention and fire fighting, Courtesy and Discipline, First Aid Training, Emergency Response Training
• To coalesce with the PCFC, law enforcement agencies such as Police and CID’s in terms of major problems occurred within the camp that needs their immediate assistance.

• Ensure that all Janitorial Service staffs are properly documented and required them to submit pertinent documents prior to allow them to work inside the camp.
• Conduct orientation to all Janitorial personnel pertaining to the rules and regulation of the camp to serve as their guidelines while working inside the facility.
• Conduct inspection and evaluate the performance of all Janitorial personnel working inside the camp.
• Ensure that the cleanliness of all blocks and surrounding of the facility are properly maintained most of the time and ensure proper hygiene and sanitation inside the ablution area.
• Ensure that all chemicals used during cleaning such as acids and highly corrosive items must be kept and stored in proper places.
• To recommend for additional manpower to meet the facility requirements in maintaining cleanliness to each block.
• Coordinate with the pest control personnel to maintain the treatment of inside and outside the facility including inside the rooms.
• Call the attention of their immediate supervisor and relay any instruction that needs immediate action and attention.
• Attend to any complaint coming from the occupants pertaining to the performance and services of all cleaning personnel assigned in a certain particular blocks.

• All catering personnel are properly documented and submit the required documents prior to allow them to have access inside the facility.
• Conduct induction to all catering personnel relative to the rules and regulation of the camp and the penalty that might be issued / given to them once they found violating the facility policy.
• Coordinate with the Catering Supervisor pertaining the nature of foods being served and the daily menu provide to the residents on daily basis.
• Attend to all complaints coming from the occupants relative to food complaints and relay/provide recommendation to sort out the problem.
• Ensure the proper queuing and orderly manner inside the mess hall area. Apprehend and put penalty to those residents found misbehaving inside the facility specifically at said area.
• Personally check the condition of food at the mess hall as well as arrange parcel meals for the residence who are requesting for food on their duty post.
• Making sure that the parcels should be transported as per EHS standard.
• Ensure that the provided meal menu are as per the requirement of residents of different nationalities

• Conduct orientation to all laundry personnel on the procedures, rules and regulation of the camp to serve as their guidelines while inside the facility.
• Ensure that the proper and timely pick-up and delivery of spoiled and wash cloths be delivered to their respective blocks and rooms.
• Complaints pertaining to damaged, missing and improper washing and pressing must be relayed them without delay for their immediate action and disposition.
• Preparing Block Wise Laundry schedule.

• Received all requests to accommodate staff of a certain company that may want to avail the services of the facility.
• Required/received all pertinent documents such as passport copy with valid visa and 2 pieces 2x2 photos from the concerned company and verify/scrutinize the originality of said documents for data entry and issuance of facility cards, laundry card and laundry bags as for their category.
• Conduct induction to all newly arrival residents and explain to them the rules and regulations of the facility specifically related to their safety and security.
• To educate the newly arrival residents pertaining to the prohibition of bringing, possessing and intoxicating of liquor as this facility adheres to its policy of zero tolerance when it comes to liquor.
• Ask the housekeepers to assist the newly arrival residents to their respective allocated rooms.
• To advise catering supervisor for their food arrangement.
• To prepare daily, weekly and monthly report and forward to Operations Manager and to the Senior Administrator.
• Issue memorandums to all residents found violating the existing rules and regulation of the facility and coordinate with their company representative relative to the violations committed by their respective residents.
• Initiates for the arrangement of monthly meeting and discussed the problems and violation committed by their residents and sort out all necessary and applicable solution of the problem.
• Responds to any security breached committed by any residents and assist the security in dealing with the problems.

• To coordinate with the maintenance supervisor pertaining to any deficiencies such as, breakdown or power failure, water leakage, damaged to property that needs immediate rectification as reported by the security on twenty four (24) hours basis.
• To monitor all vendor, contractor, issue them work permit according to their requirements.
• To monitor all the surroundings of the facility particularly vulnerable points of facility such as main water reservoir and generator substations, sewage, water treatment plants, main fire pump, all fire hydrants, and workers working within the facility.

• Total capacity of Camp is 5048 and present occupancy is 3200 resident.
• Dealing with the residence of different nationalities including GCC, EUROPEAN and ASIANS.
• Dealing with the clients such as, Dubai World Security, Ziqoo Hotel Apartments, Palm District Cooling, Dubai Supply Company, Emirates Aluminum, Wartsila, Nakheel, and Jabel Ali Recreation Club.
• Coalesce with the Company representative, Company HR and set for the conduct of monthly meeting to sort out all problems occurred within the facility.
• To perform other duties as directed by the top management.
• Coordinating with the Store In charge for the issuance and receiving of materials for Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Conduct monthly inspection to all occupied rooms with the help of company representatives and Security in charge. Any violations found during inspection will be forwarded to their respective Company for disciplinary actions.
