Researched Middle East and North Africa for business opportunities on a term consultancy basis.

2006- November 2008: NT&S Oilfield Services, Libya, General Manager
As General Manager of the Oilfield Services Dept.:
• Established the company under Libyan Foreign Investment Law#5
• Established the Waste Management operations which included filtration, brine facilities and proper fluid handling equipment.
• Designed and executed NT&S business plan in North Africa.
• Established the Environmental Services Dept. for Libya, including waste management, filtration and brine recovery.
• Structured the company business portfolio to strengthen NT&S position in the North African drilling, completion and work-over market place.
• Put together the Budgets, monitored the P&L statements
• Presentation the Board of Directors
• Established a strong joint venture with a Multinational fluids service company and was instrumental in the sale of 60% of this venture to the JV partner.

2003-2006:
Western Energy Services Corp., President & CEO.

• Pursued the purchases of four companies to consolidate the growth

2001-2003: Baker Hughes Inteq (Kazakhstan) : Field Operations Manager
• Contract position
• Worked on the KPO Karachaganak Project
• Coordinated the daily operations for 18 drilling fluid engineers.
• Monitored the day to day operations of the 4000bbl brine plant and 14,000bbl oil base mud plant
• Contributed to the planning and field structure for the Waste Management
• Contributed to adding value to the operation with the introduction of proper fluid handling equipment from the Canadian market
• Day to day operational reports
• Served one year on a rotational basis as coordinator for Libya
• 6 week assignment in Moscow doing a feasibility study for BP

1999 – 2001: R.H. AL – MARRI Est. Oilfield Division, Abqaiq, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• General Manager Contract position
• Lived in Bahrain
• Developed the market for the oilfield services division
• Built joint venture relationships and business opportunities

• Equipment included, the Red Back Roller Reamer, tank rentals, down hole quages and well testing products.
