Throughout my efficient & variant experience career, I was selected to attend a course in PM& Accounting and finance in Madrid, Spain & Dubai, UAE

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
· 1999-Oct 2004: Personal Business Manager.(Clothes, cosmetics and
· July 2004-Oct 2006: ThyssenKrupp Jolift Elevators Company as
formal employee with the following responsibilities:
1. (July 2004- October 2004)- Mechanical Workshop:
1- Maintenance Engineer for mechanical, electrical and software faults for
2- Machines Runner including CNC-machines (using G-code and CAD
software). After that I was promoted to the planning department and Iwas kept as a backup engineer for maintenance in case there were
troubles unable to be solved by the new maintenance engineers.
2. (October 2004 – September 2006)- Planning Department :
1- Materials Requisition for all orders, batches and expenses.
2- Parts Defining; including their drawing on AutoCAD, giving them new
Numbers, defining their assemblies and all their specifications.
3- Opening new batch orders according to needs.
4- Preparing new submittals for the new orders.
5- Preparing new Operation and Maintenance Manual for the new orders
according to contracts.
6- Full Processing of new orders.
7- Responsible for all Renovations orders (full modernization) including all
formal correspondences with the customers and the preparation of the
8-Partial modernization and maintenance (checking the damaged parts
which come from the maintenance department and prepare offers to
repair or replace them or any other available alternatives.
3. Installation Department: along with my responsibilities in the planning
department I was assigned to install the handicapped elevators in sites after
attending one new installation for this type of elevators with foreign expertise.
4. Sales & Procurement Departments: after achieving all my previous
responsibilities effectively and efficiently I was asked to engage also in the
sales and procurement departments.
· Oct, 2006-June 2007: the certified course in Project Management by
ThyssenKrupp Manufacturing / Spain which mentioned in the
“special courses” field mentioned above.
· June 2007- now: I was requested to come back to ThyssenKrupp
Elevator / Jordan as Technical Support and Project Management with the

a. Regional Sales support: Supervising the sales engineers and
preparing all their continuous needs of sales libraries for complete
elevators packages and separate components on the sales system
and work as a backup in case of absence of any of the regional
sales engineers in addition to continuous pricing of all materials for

all purchase orders which needs technical selection should be

algorithmically and continuously update it which includes all theelevator components and the complete elevator packages
(Elevators libraries) which were translated to programming code by
the IT section. After that the system was filled and priced
completely by myself and it is being used now by the sales
department. Also any new requirements are designed by myself
and achieved by IT programmers.
6. Project management and Technical supports. Scheduling the big projects
(using MS-project) and follow up with all departments to achieve the plan.
7. Following up the claims which come from customers (locally or externally) and
solve them technically and logistically.

Current Position: Procurement Manager and Technical Support.
9. Sep, 2008 till now: after the resignation of the procurement Manager I was
appointed as the new procurement manager with the following responsibilities
(in addition to technical Support responsibilities)
a. Monitoring the company requirements of all foreign purchased materials
(which make 70% of the total purchased materials) and placing the related
purchase orders so as to meet the orders schedule taking in consideration the
technical selection for all components.
b. Monitoring the inventory stock level to ensure the best stock management.
c. To achieve best value for money on all procured goods, works and services and
reduce the cost of the procurement process and ensure continuous improvement.
d. Take care of Shipping and insuring the materials until received in the factory
based on the related Inco term which I decide according to the needs (there is an
employee to follow up with the suppliers and the shipping/insurance companies).
e. Clearing the material from Jordan customs. (There is another employee which
follow the clearance with the clearance companies).
f. Inspecting the received materials to be compliant with the purchase order and
placing the claims in case of something wrong or any damaged materials due to
shipping or bad packing and follow with the insurance companies if needed.
g. To ensure that procurement activities are organized in an effective way and is
embedded in the corporate and service planning process
h. Searching for new better suppliers if available and open business line with them to
develop the department in addition to cost saving.
i. Solve all problems which faced by the procurement department employees
whether with the suppliers, shipping issues, clearance issues and financial

10. Jan, 2009 till now: In addition to the foreign purchasing responsibilities, The
Local purchasing Section was added under my managing.

B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics sub-major from
Jordan University of science and technology (JUST) Irbid-Jordan started
in oct, 1999 - June, 2004.
· Oct, 2006-June 2007: Certified course in Project Management by
ThyssenKrupp Manufacturing / Spain which includes:
I. 5 months of theoretical part of the course in Madrid- Spain (intensive
lectures for 9 hours daily).
II. 4 months of Practical Part of the course in Dubai International Airport
Project phase 2, UAE which is one of the largest projects in the
company history. (Contract value is 700 million Euros).
Note: The course included intensive and comprehensive accounting
and finance lectures.
· 2nd, Nov- 5th Nov. 2008: Certified intensive and comprehensive course
of clearance procedures at Jordan customs according to Jordan Law.
