Respected Sir,
I am writing to enquire whether you have a vacancy in your company for a Laboratory Chemist (Shift Incharge, Q.C.). I enclose a copy of my CV for your consideration. As you will see from my CV, I am currently working for Equate Petrochemicals through Intertek Caleb Brett as a Chemist. In my present position I am responsible for managing all quality assurance in Equate petrochemicals Shipment products like Mono Ethylene Glycol,Diethylene Glycol and Crude Oil & Jet Fuel (Blending & water characteristics) analysis from various countries samples. I have worked closely with the shipment Production Department and have been able to identify problems before they affected production deadlines.
In my previous company, Kuwait Oil Company through Almeer Technical Services worked as Shift incharge in Effluent Water Disposal Plant. Over the last year I have implemented BS5750/ISO 9000 throughout our factory. This means rewriting many of the company's procedures and in some cases creating new procedures. I successfully obtained accreditation at the first attempt within the Board's six months timescale. I got a letter of appreciation and recognition of my work, from KOC and Daelim Industrial Company Limited. During the Commissioning and Performance acceptance Test in EWDP-1&2 in December 2006.I will prove my ability to manage and maintain the highest QA standards whilst also minimizing costs, I feel that I would be able to make a significant contribution to your company’s management team.
