ACID JOB:
Drill water, Corrosion inhibitor, Surfactant and Hydrochloric acid are used. Take sufficient pressure from well. Close flows line value. Close ram and put 300-psi press in annulus. Open kill line value and start pump acid, pump diesel close kill line valve.

OIL AND GAS STUDY:
Watching the clock manifold. Take FTHP and STHP reading when the flow became study divert the flow. Keep separator study. Check oil and water level, pressure, gas temperature, differential in inches, flocco meter reading of oil and water line changing the choke in manifold and orifice plate in separator. Not down above readings. Repeat the test by changing the choke and orifice plate. Take oil for chemical test, H2S testing, calculates the quantity of natural gas oil and water percentage. Repeat the testing at different zones.

Well testing – Orifice and Choke changing – Pig launching and Receiving – Flow chart zero setting – Water & Oil sample procedure – Condensate column sample – Glycol test – PH valve – Dew point maintain – demulsified, Corrosion & Scale inhibitor injection rate limit setting etc.
