- About My work in AMC :-

The AMC is the first multi Medical Center in the middle east, this medical center has highly qualified professional staff with comprehensive, state of the art diagnostics and treatment facilities..( Emergency department(14 mobile rooms and 2 trauma rooms, Emergency observation unit with 7 bed, 7 bed of Hemo dialysis , Rapid Response Team, Physical Therapy Department t, Radiology Department ,Laboratory Department ,Out patient Clinics( Internal medicine , Dental ,OB&GYN, PEDIATRIC S, Orthopedics, Family medicine….est.

My position:
Emergency register nurse and the Sensi (anew concepts in health industrial, my responsibility like Charge Nurse with multi tasks ……
• Assesses patient acuity
• Creates an environment that encourages staff to contribute to the improvement of quality patient care in a transcultural environment.
• Coordinates with unit preceptors the orientation for new employees.
• Assists and supports the staff in the identification,development,andimplementatin of his/ her role the unit
• Prepares reports and maintains records. Conducts unit meeting minutes


• About My work in Al Essra Hospital :-

It’s one of the major private Hospital in Jordan, it’s consist of one large building , It have different Department (E.R, X-Ray Dep. , ICU, CCU, Operating Room, dialysis unit, I.V.F unit, Medical Warred , Surgical Warred, pediatric Warred, N.I.C.U, obstetric –gyne Warred) capacity 180 beds
• Emergency dept.
• Two major room consist of 18 examination bed
• cardiac room consist of 2 beds (for CPR & another cardiac treatment)
• Minor operation theater (for minor wounds & Plastic suture and another major dressing)
• Plaster room for orthopedics' treatment.
• Position : E.R. Staff Nurse
• Duties: Charge nurse, prepare assignment for all staff in my shift, and check narcotics.
• Member of Code Team(C.P.R) and R.S.T(Rapid response team)
• Orthopedic assistant in plaster room (making P.O.P or back slap…ets)
• Cardiologist assistant in Cardiac room (ECG making and another cardiac pt needs)
• Surgical assistant in minor.(plastic surgical and major surgical)
• And a lot of another duties like :
- Paramedic ambulance in code ambulance.
- Avian Ambulance when transfer any patient in the plane another.
- We are seeing & treat total Minimum 150 patients in the day.
