I am having 7 years experience in the Commissioning and Operation of various Oil & Gas plants. Recently I am worked as a COMMISSIONING ENGINEER in LAFFAN REFINERY (QATAR GAS) to look after the Production activities of SATURATION GAS PLANT.
Earlier, I was having comprehensive experience in RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED ( EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION) ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE ,CROSS STATES PIPE LINE OPERATION, INDUSTRIAL JETTY OPERATION, SHIPPING IMPORT and EXPORT LOADING Operation.
Trained in PTW, LOTO, CONFINED SPACE ENTRY and H2S/BREATHING APPARATUS especially trained from QATAR GAS and RAS GAS H2S trained from QATAR INTERNATIONAL SAFETY CENTRE.

Inlet gas receiving Systems (HIPPS) & Gas Dehydration Systems (TEG)
Gas Separation through Slug Catchers
LPG treating and Amine Regeneration Units
TEG Regeneration Units
Subsea well head, Manifold and DWPLEM Operations.
Expertise in Commissioning of Various Equipments, startup & shutdown activities, emergency handling of plant .

Accountabilities: as Commissioning Engineer (Projects & Development) – Qatar Gas
Detailed review of PFDs, P & IDs, Datasheets, Control philosophy, safe Chart and emergency shutdown system and conducted revision of the same as per the requirement of plant operation and project specifications.
Analysis of HAZOP studies and Close out reports.
Vendor document review.
Review of DCS Graphics and Logics, Cause & Effects as per Operational requirements.
Operating manual/Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Manual/SOP/Training Module/Induction Module preparation and revision.
Pre-start up safety review (PSSR).
Commissioning and Pre-commissioning activities of Saturation gas plant and Amine Regeneration units, TEG Regeneration Units (Comart) & Inlet Gas System (Slug Catcher, GDU).
o Hydro test, Flushing Loop identification.
o Static and Rotary Equipments Check list preparation.
o Reviewing GA of vessels, pumps, exchanger, support checks as per document, ensure heater coil thickness, etc.
o Internal Inspection of Vessels, separator, filter.
o Hydro test & Flushing of pipeline by air blowing.
o System Box up & leak check up to normal operating pressure.
o No load/load test run for motors.
o Stroke check of control valves.
o Instrument Loops and Logic Checks.
