1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]

A professional of 17 years of data acquisition, analysis and interpretation through field exploration. Major work was geochemical analysis of rocks and minerals, log production, Geologic map and report writing. Out of which is almost three years experience of North Sea offshore logging Geology/Offshore Drilling Data engineering. Major work is analyses of rock cuttings and crude oil inclusions (oil shows). Monitoring drilling parameters such as Rate of Penetration, Torque, Pit levels, Pump rate, Flow rate and gases (connection and trip gases), looking at mud gains and loses during POOH AND RIH, well casing and cementing operations. Monitoring well stability by analyzing cavings from wellbore. Assisting the wellsite Geologist, the drillers and mud engineers with analyses from rock cuttings and gas levels. Producing Formation Evaluation, Drilling Evaluation, Pressure Evaluation, Gas Ratio logs and end of well reports. All these combined with excellent customer relations with client operator companies.

Responsibilities:

• Mud logging, gas and well hydraulics monitoring.
• Analyses of rock cuttings, evaluating all formations penetrated and reporting any hydrocarbon discoveries.
• Working hand-in-hand with wellsite Geologists in picking formation tops by using gamma ray, resistivity, bulk density, rate of penetration and gas peaks
• Working with the wellsite Geologists in picking coring points through rock cuttings analysis
• Monitoring drilling activities such as gas peaks (connection and trip gases), formation integrity test (FIT), leak off test, mud gains and losses, POOH and RIH, well casing, cementing and hole cleaning
• Monitoring well stability by analyzing cavings from wellbore
• Monitoring kicks and loss circulations
• Assisting the wellsite Geologists, the drillers and mud engineers with analyses from rock cuttings, gas peaks and gas levels while drilling

Technical Service:

• Overseeing activities in the control room where faults are logged, help desk and service calls received
• Ensuring appropriate levels of technical advise is available to support installation, parts replacement and service visits
• Providing a point for all calls originating from the Bedford Hospital site
• Resolving issues arising from card error dispense at the vending machines
• Logging and rectifying malfunctions to the multi media communication network arising from power failure
