I am interested in applying for the position of that you have listed.I have been employed in the heating/plumbing industry since 1985, where I was trained in the US Navy and served on the battleship the USS Missouri. In my experiences I have learned to make good decisions under stressful and undesirable working conditions. With every job in the past I have made an effort to make it a learning experience and to come away with more knowledge than I started. It is my personal belief that you do not leave a job site until that job is completed in a safe and timely manner. I feel this is an example of my drive, work ethic and determination in beginning a life long career with your facility.

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
Maintain all boilers and gas fired water heaters and furnaces. Troubleshoot the operation of the boiler and any necessary repairs to include low water cut off, operating limits, safety valves, etc. Prepare boilers for internal/external inspection by State and Insurance inspectors. Complete tear down, preventative maintenance and tune ups of several types of boilers that include Patterson Kelly, Cleaver Brooks etc. Maintain the water treatment in steam boilers and hydronic systems, steam distribution system that include repair on valves, steam lines, condensate receiver tanks, and condensate lines and feed water systems. I was also responsible for the installation of five new boilers that had previously failed. Monitor energy management system Siemens and make repairs such as three-way valves that are electric or pneumatic, sensors for water or thermostats, repair pneumatic dampers for the heating systems. I interact with vendors and contractors on a regular basis and over see projects related to the heating systems. Duties: The first 10 years of my career with CUC was as a boiler operator at a 160 PSI plant. I worked with a D-type Babcock and Wilcox, and a D-type Erie City boiler. Annually I prepared both boilers for complete internal inspection and made necessary repairs which included cleaning, pulling low water cut offs, replacing gauge glasses, inspecting steam drums and fire boxes. After inspection, I put both boilers on a desiccate lay up. Maintain steam distribution system including steam lines, valves and manholes, condensate receiver tanks and feed water system. I maintained all chemicals in both D-type boilers. After the D-type boilers were removed and replaced with package boilers (Kawanee, Cleaver Brooks, Patterson Kelly, Ajax and Lochnivar) my duties included the following: complete tear down and preventative maintenance of approximately 200 boilers. I maintained all hydronic systems and have experience in re-tubing Ajax boilers. I also maintained the water and sewer distribution systems and did repair or replacement of plumbing fixtures. I repaired sewer and water lines. I also did backflow installation, testing and repairs. Monitor energy management system
