Operations Chief and Operations Security Specialist

Operations Chief, worked in the US Embassy Tactical Opertations Center (TOC),reported directly to ARSO, meet with the Regional Security Officer (RSO) on a daily basis, making recommendations on protective assignements, evaluating threat assessments and coordinating Air Operations.

Escorted Chief of Mission personnel and US Military
Performed Advances and Site surveys, identified hazards and possible threats to Client and motorcade, assisted with writing Standard Operating Procedures for the Advance team.
Team leader of the DDM team and a driver for the motorcade, made assignments, placement of personnel for the protection of the Client and PSD personnel, responsible for detailed knowledge of city, routes to and from the venue, location of hospital and safe havens.

Special Agent in Charge of the Training Unit, tasked with the training of more than 60 Special Agents, developed and established the training unit, maintained a weekly training schedule of scenario based training, in a simulated aircraft fueslage, i.e. hijacking, bombs, suspcious persons, in flight emergencies.
Range Master, In charge of all fireams training, qualifications, inventory and remedial training of all Special Agents at the Field Office.
Acting SAC and ATSAC (Special Agent in Charge) of the Field office during SAC's absence for approximately 6 weeks, overseeing daily operations of the Agents and meeting with team leaders.
Developed a international advisory on how Agents should act,dress, where to eat, places to avoid, operational security and researched what vaccinations were recommended, some of which became nation wide for all Federal Air Marshals in foreign countries.
Observed weakness in airline procedures both in flight and at terminal, reported such to headquarters, one of which had compromised security of Fedral Air Marshals and was rectified on a National level.
