With two years experience working offshore as a medic I feel now is the time to broaden my experience. I have all the necessary qualifications to work both on an installation and on a vessel.
Thus far I have been a ships medic for 30 plus crew and while in that role I also acted as a search and rescue medic. During my time offshore I was also the health and safety representative for my department.
Previous to working offshore I was a medical technician in the British Army. During my 7 seven years I was deployed on 3 operational tours where I gained extensive experience in all types of remote medicine.

I have over 8 years experience working as a medic in a clinical environment as well as working independently in a remote setting. I have undertaken the offshore medics course and safety and survival certification and since then worked as a medic on board vessels ,where I have had experience of managing emergency medical evacuations, undertaking health and hygiene inspections and accident reporting etc.
