Detailed Job Profile:
-Mechanical Design of Process Equipments like Unfired Pressure Vessels, Columns, Column Internals, Heat Exchangers, Tanks etc. by using various Codes & Std’s like ASME, ASTM, API, TEMA, IS etc.
-Review & Queries preparation of ITB documents from Customer, PMC & Process Licensor.
-Preparation of Mechanical Data Sheet, Technical Specification, Requisition, Technical Clarifications, and Technical Bid Evaluation etc.
-Review & Approval of Hydraulics, Mechanical Design Calculations, General Arrangement / Fabrication drawings, Ladder / Platform Orientations etc.
-Review of Structural drawings for vessel supports, piping orientations and General arrangement drawings of Process plant sections.
-Interdepartmental Co-ordination.
