• Hydrowa: After a successfully period I have been asked to come over to the INRADA-company.
• INRADA: Headhunted for the Convoi Company to take over the management for the merged company in Utrecht.
• Convoi: Interim function, for me it was a very good experience to learn all about general management
• Van Seumeren: After they took over the Mammoet Company they ask me to come over.
• Mammoet: After a most successfully period with the best project ever, the salvage of the Russian Kursk submarine, I decide to work in sales again.
• Hitma: The product and market was very interesting but the organisation wasn’t what I had expected. So I decided to leave.
• AMCA: After 4 years I left for a new challenge. During my commercial leadership we tripled the turnover.
After 20 years in hydraulics I was invited to switch to a different product line and joint Aquilex Welding Services.
