Mechanical Engineering Graduate from calicut university with 14 years of experience dealing with in all types of Heavy marine engines Equipment’s, Alpha Laval Separators Compressors, and Cummins Engines. Generators of Cummins, Wartsila, Man B&W ranging from 250 KVA to 12 MW sets. At present I am working as Manager projects in M/S. Powerica Ltd dealing with generators of MAN HOLEBY make 23/30 L and 28/32 L and V type of different capacities for industrial use. In my capacity with the earlier vast experience in mechanical maintenance field I have suggested for the betterment of material quality due to the frequent failures in the MAN ENGINE SPARES OF HOLEBY MAKE which were ACCEPTED BY MAN and material quality was improved and the performance of generators improved substantially.

I worked in operation of marine engines in pacfic international lines Singapore,one of the largest shipping company with more than 200 fleets.. This job connected L.O. & F.O. Oil Seperators Unit, Heat Exchangers, main engines, generators, incinerators and etc.
I am equipped in dealing with Minor and Major problems of all types of the DG.Sets. In peak power cut period, we had a failure of L.T. Water Pump Impeller in one of the MAN D.G. Sets. Due to non-availability of spares from MAN I got the pump Impeller fabricated at site and operated the D.G.Set without any problem.
I also worked for GREATER NILE PETROLIUM OPERATING COMPANY,sudan for the present employer in the capacity of Manager (quality).
I was trained by reputed organizations like M/S. MAN B&W Holbey, ALFA LAVAL INDIA LTD. During my profession I have attended in the basic fire fighting and survival at sea training. My nature of job has offered me through knowledge of planning, predictive and preventive maintenance of all kinds of engines and Auxiliary equipment like Cooling Tower, and Boilers and its auxiliary and all connected equipment and also inventory control of spares.
