Worked as a mechanic on Hummv's, HEMTT's and FMTV's utilizing the
ITT Pit Stop process for performing maintenance and repairs. Was appointed section Safety representative as an additional duty .

2004-Nov05 Mechanic/ Senior Mechanic, Lear Siegler Services, Inc.
I worked on a government contract rebuilding HUMMV’s to FMC (fully mission capable).

2001-2004 Owner, Celtic Clover Farm/ Carlberg’s Auto and Truck Repair
I managed a shop were I performed services and diesel engine repair on local haul class VIII trucks / tractor-trailers.

1998-2001 Wheel and Track vehicle inspector, 398 QM CO (HVY MAT SUP) GS
As a Staff Sergeant I was responsible for performing technical inspections on a variety of U.S. Army combat and tactical vehicles in order to determine condition of equipment and identify deficiencies that require repair, diagnose system malfunctions and evaluate the work required and to coordinate repairs with DS/GS maintenance. I conducted final inspections to ensure quality control and maintained accountability of vehicles until returned to their unit.

1996-1998 NCOIC Service and Recovery, 58th Maintenance Co. (GS) Ft. Bragg
Responsible for shop stock and bench stock accountability. Assigned to the shop were two 63W soldiers for recovery, two 43M Fabric Repairers, three 44B Metal Workers and three 44E Machinists. Equipment I was signed for; one 5 ton wrecker, one 7.5 ton Crane, one 40 ton crane, three trucks, one BAT MOBILE trailer, two shop tool sets and tool boxes totaling more than 1,800,000 dollars. During this time 659th Maint. Co. (DS) was deployed overseas. I had to run dual operations from both shops

1993-1996 NCOIC, Automotive Platoon, 58th maintenance Co. (GS) Ft. Bragg
Responsible for the health, welfare and training of 20 soldiers. Responsible for accountability, care and maintenance of one 5 ton Wrecker, four trucks and two
shop tool sets. I was in charge of a ten man maintenance team responsible for all DS maintenance on all FMTV vehicles involved in the phase III testing of the Family Medium Tactical Vehicle.

1991-1992 Recovery NCO, 54th Support Battalion, 3rd Armored Division, Germany
During this time I was deployed to southwest Asia in defense and liberation of Kuwait. While there my soldiers and I ran recovery operations supporting 3rd Armor Division. Responsible for the health, welfare and training of 8 soldiers. Responsible for accountability, care and maintenance of one M88 track recovery vehicle, two HEMTT Wreckers, one 7.5 ton Crane. Appointed duties were Key Control NCO, Battalion Rail Load NCOIC.


1990-1991 Team Chief, Battalion DS Maint. Team, 54th Support Battalion, Germany
Responsible for diagnosing system malfunctions and repair of all wheeled and tracks vehicles in the battalion. Supervised and trained 13 personnel in solving unusual maintenance problems by analysis and troubleshooting. Accountable for over 100,000 dollars of equipment.
