Study the application and selling the solutions.
Selections of appropriate crane, winches, thrusters and steering system for the new build / rebuild ships also for the pleasure boats.
Spoolers & transformer skid selection based on application for offshore /onshore projects.
Selection of deck equipments for marine & rigs based on application, extending the support till commissioning, test run the systems.
Technical evaluation of the refurbishment of anchor windlass/mooring/tugger winches/crane hydraulic systems and equivalent design proposals.
Preparation of quotations, costing sheets and estimation for completion.
Preparation of cash flow analysis for major projects.
Selections & suggestion of short time, long term solutions for step ladder, jetski ramp platform lifting, bow & stern thrusters for the pleasure boat manufacturing industries.
Co-ordinating with ship owners and consultants in maximizing our deck machinery selling.
Maintaining the ship owner, builder and consultant data base for deck machinery selling,
Co-ordinating with consultants for bottle neck problems in deck machinery commissioning and load tests.
Preparation of budgeted & estimated cost for the flushing of ship/vessel /boats/rigs various hydraulic systems.
Mobilizing our service team for trouble shooting jobs and co-ordinating with shipping agents for the service contract.
Established complete hydraulic health checkup of various deck machinery in vessels/ships/tanker/VLCC.
Support service team for refurbishment, testing and commissioning of steering system, cranes, anchor/tugger winces, and jack up barges.
Communicating with client (SHIP owner/captain/chief engineer/agent) for understanding the system and getting the new enhancement details.
