I am working for offshore company Vroon Offshore Service LTD as a 2nd Mate with DPO Basic Certificate
I got 2nd Mate’s experience on Multi Role Vessel, present operational area:
North Sea, Don Field (Northern Producer oil platform)
Principal task of our offshore job is assist of installation, connect shuttle tankers to SAL installation, keep SAL installations ready to use and safe all the time, ROV survey of subpart of installations including pipeline and sea well
My past few other projects e.g. Kittiwake, Elgin, Shearwater, Franklin, Global Producer 3, and more
I got also experience as a Ship Security Officer (designated duty and certificate holder)
During the sea time I been activity involved for SAL /tanker connecting operation ,ROV survey, transfers of cargo (containers, water, fuel) ship-installation /installation –ship.
In operational time I was on duty as a OOW and self maintain and distribute duty motions according to company procedures.
My last vessel was top rate boat of VROON’s fleet as a safeties working places with score over 5000 days without Near Miss and Accidents on board (354 days- 7.1% of this is my sea time)
All my previous experience I can use to make my work more effectively in the future.
I got a good knowledge about cargo handling and securing, ballasting and stability, cargo operation, calculation, ship’s handling and maneuvering in close approach to offshore installation.
