Scope : Fabrication of Serampang-A (SE-PA) Production Platform Topsides Facilities
Job Description
• Perform material take-off as per Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) and PDMS Model.
• Perform Vendor Data Review and Inter-Discipline Check (IDC) in compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with PDMS administrator and designer in incorporating vendor data and project specific requirement into the model.
• Preparation of Purchase Requisitions, Technical Clarifications and Technical Bid Evaluations.
• Perform drawing review, inclusive of Issue For Construction (IFC) drawing, Pipe Support Standard and Detail Drawing and P&ID.
• Raise Site Technical Query (STQ) whenever there is any discrepancy or deviation on specification.
• Work closely with clients and piping administrator to provide professional advice on piping design and assembly drawing.
