o Junior Service Engineer (Hydraulic equipments)
o Responsible for servicing and overhauling of Deck cranes, Towing winch, Hatch cover system, Mobile cranes, Graders, Mixers, Forklift and other hydraulic equipments.
o Repair, Overhauling, Disassembly and Assembly of Pumps (Parker, Sunstrands, Danfoss Sauer, Rexroth) Motors (Parker, Kawasaki, Eaton, Rexroth) and Hydraulic Cylinders.
o Repair and Overhauling of relief valves, counter balance, directional valves gear box, acquitors and other hydraulics devices.
o Performed flushing and pressure testing for hydraulic pipes and hoses especially in Ship and Offshore Industry.
o Performed Hydro-testing and water jetting.
o Performed testing of hydraulic equipments using Test Bench to test the functionality and efficiency , especially pumps, motors and cylinders etc.
o Performed Commissioning and Testing of newly installed Cranes, Hatch Covers and other Hydraulics accessories.
o Prepared Service report after fixing hydraulics equipment to the customer as authorized by Manager.
o Onboard Care of Ship and Offshore Industry as required by the company.
o Performed and revised Hydraulics equipment drawing and schematics diagram of any revision has been made during troubleshooting.
o Leads the operation of Generators, Hagglunds(Hydraulic Motors), Test Bench Motors before and after operation.
