Position: - Mechanical Fitter
Duties:
Maintenance to the following Plant: -
1. Conveyors:-Preventive Maintenance of Tailings Conv pulleys & repairs of new pulleys to include slew conveyors
2. Screens: - Maintenance of the whole vibrating crank unit and faulty diagnosis of bearing housings.
3. Metso HP 300,500 Cone & C140 Jaw Crushers:- Whole maintenance and change of worn parts including hydraulic power packs
4. Pumps:- Overhaul of Warman and Sulzer Pumps centrifugal & submersible
5. Bore Mills:-Maintenance of Hydraulic Units power packs Lime & Ore
6. Rock breakers:-Maintenance of power packs as well as change of worn parts
