The accounting and data processing courses I studied at the Saurashtra University enabled me to become familiar with accounting theory, procedures and practices, as well as with the computerized accounting processes. An understanding of the role of data processing in accounting would enable me to work effectively with clients who have installed computerized accounting systems. Position: - Technical Assistant

RasGas is active in processing and supplying LNG in different countries. Joined this company as a contract staff through Arabian Construction Engineering Company – Heman. Reporting to the Operations Technical Manager my responsibilities were as below:
• Conducting and administering routine planning and scheduling activities related to the Technical Department. Coordinate and control Technical and business data warehouse. Assist in coordination with the Engineers and service providers. Interface with OBO organizations to monitor integrated maintenance and business needs.
• Handling HR related issues, such as employee’s monthly time sheet, Organizational changes and Organization Charts updates.
• Coordinate and monitor the utilization of facilities and check related invoices. Advise if something not comply with the agreements.
• Compilation of the Operations Technical Department weekly and monthly activity report.
• Coordinating with the visitors and arranging for their visit to the plant site.
• Fining and updating the documents.
• Monitoring the Department Budget.


Nov 2006 – Jun 2008 Goldshield Services Pvt. Ltd. Goa – India
Position: - Finance Executive (Receivables & Treasury)

Goldshield services Pvt. Ltd. is a branch of the Multi National Company Goldshield Group Plc. - London, dealing with manufacturing and sales of Pharmaceutical & Natural Healthcare products. Reporting to the Finance Manager I was responsible for:
• Handling day to day office correspondence (Internal & External)
• Attending telephone calls and clients (Local & International)
• Maintain book of accounts of the main office as well as the branch office.
• Checking and auditing accounts.
• Maintaining of Petty Cash for daily transactions.
• Filling and filing of Sales Tax Returns.
• Monitoring the progress of any queries raised by the customers related to finance.
• Preparing Sales report on daily, weekly and monthly basis and sending it to the Unit Directors for analyzing the performance of their respective unit.
• Preparing Sales Invoices for the UK & US customers.
• Posting the issued sales Invoices in the SAGE line 100 (Accounting Package)
• Closing of the sales & Cash book for every month.
• Monthly preparing sales control sheet, showing the net sales and the outstanding debtor’s details.
• Monthly Reconciliation of Sales booked with the cash & credit card collection received in bank.
• Timely follow up with the customers for their outstanding payments.

Position: - Accounts Assistant / Clerk.

Globe Trotters International is a Travel Agency dealing with the Air Travel Booking and is also the General Sales Agent for International carrier ALITALIA and National carrier Air Deccan. Reporting to the Finance Manger, my basic duties were:
• Maintaining proper record of the daily sales made and cash collected.
• Handling Petty Cash.
• Handling Tele Sales & Reservation for Airlines.
• Preparing daily Sales Report of all Airlines. F/n reporting
• Monthly Cargo sales reporting.
• Releasing payments of the Airlines.
• Maintaining and updating daily accounts ledgers.
• Handling daily Bank Transactions.
• Preparing Journal Entries.
• Running reports of different Cost Centers to identify their costs whether they are coded correctly, if not pull out the information from relevant invoices and prepare and pass correction entries.
