 Such a big number of different sizes of drill pipes, different sizes of casing pipes, heavy risers, drill bits, containers of equipments, big number of chemicals boxes, big heavy spares of equipments etc.
 Safety meeting with supervisors and senior drillers (toolbox talk) before shift and complete PPF is always concerned for smooth operations, then the job well done.

 The main objectives are SAFETY of everybody and proper steps of being competent nature of the job the key is the TEAM WORK in RIGGING OPERATIONS.
 First check the location, the surroundings where the job to perform with the SAFETY INSPECTORS. If there is any presence of gas leaking in the jobsite, all safety precautions must be applied and completely double check such as weather conditions.
 Then we will survey the location; check the kind, the size of equipment to be rigged, READ and INTERPRET THE PLAN.
 With the presence of the Shell-sponsor of the job order, the superintendent, the supervisor then we will have a SAFETY TALK or “toolbox talk”.
 Then prepare the safety equipments the PPE-personal protective equipments.
 Prepare the RIGGING EQUIPMENTS and normally must be double checked if THERE IS ANY DAMAGE and check ALL THE LOAD CAPACITY before using it or before put it into the positions.
 Before the rigging started there must have a HARD BARRICADE AND WARNINGS SIGNS around, above and below, bearing with the name of the operations.
 Another structures we RIGGED AND ASSEMBLED, it was a huge or 10 tons structure of I-beams for deck extension of the Platform from the fabrication shop.
 We did RIGGING and BOLTING of a 26”diameter x 1.00, 40 feet long pipe at the SOUTHWEST COLUMN TENSION LEG PLATFORM, for “injection” with the assistance of the “DEEP SEA DIVERS”.
 We rigged also the 40” diameter 50 feet long cylinders for the DERRICK RAIL at the accurate position adjustments thru the CHAIN BLOCKS AND CRANE.
 And lots more of jobs we accomplished without any accidents happened must bear in mind the GOOD COMMUNICATIONS AND THE CLEAR SIGNALLING TO THE CRANE OPERATOR. Safety is the job of everybody.

 Since it is an LNG GAS CARRIER it required of complete GAS FREEING until all the pipe lines connections, tanks is in the safe condition, until the presence of air is safe with GAS DETECTOR where the rigging to be performed.
 Even the ship is big since there is a BIG SWELL of the sea conditions the ship is still rolling slightly.
 The RIGGING SAFE operation is concerned with complete safety equipments, tools and precautions.
