Recent Past Experience : Worked as Deputy General Manager in M/s Pennar Industries Limited since 04th April 2005 to 04th January 2010 looked after Safety, Health & Environmental aspects of its units at Patancheru, Isnapur, Tarapur, Hosur and Chennai.
And held additional responsibility as Management Representative for QMS since Joining.

April 2004 to March 2005 : Worked as Construction Safety Engineer in M/s South Asia LPG Company Private Ltd., Visakhapatnam which is first of its kind in South Asia with an underground LPG Storage facility (CAVERN) in collaboration with HPCL and Total Gas Fina, France.

Dec. 2002 to March 2004 : Promoted a consultancy named as M/s. Sando Fire
Safety Engineers.

Feb 1992 to Nov 2002 : Worked as Safety Manager in M/s Parke – Davis (India)
Ltd., Hyderabad, India.

 Coordinated assessments conducted by “Corporate Safety, Health & Environmental Assessment Team “during 1994, 1996, 1997, 1999 & 2001. The team evaluates the affiliate’s systems & procedures in line with WL Corporate Safety & Health and Environment policies and Guidelines as well as Local Regulatory requirements. No “Critical” deviations were found.
 Coordinated with Corporate IH Team in conducting Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Assessments during the years 1997 & 1998 respectively. Launched and implemented IH program with continuous monitoring with the assistance of an outside agency.
 Received Bronze Award consecutively in 1994, 1995 & 1996 and Silver Award in 1997 & 1998 in the Warner Lambent Recognition System for Safety Excellence Program introduced in the year 1994, which is, conducted worldwide with more than 100 affiliates participating.
- The achievement was more significant for its consistency as the affiliate was awarded for its excellence in Performance continuously for five years beginning 1994.
- This is acclaimed as “first” of its kind in Warner Lambert worldwide. This program was in place only for five years.
 No Major “non – compliance issues” on regulatory matters.
 No ‘excedence’ of environmental pollutants.

• Facility safety qualification.
 Equipment safety qualification.
 Equipment safety inspection.
 Departmental safety inspection.
 Behavior observation survey etc.
 Co-ordinated with Corporate and ERM Team for conducting
Environmental Impact Assessment at Parke – Davis, Sakinaka,
Mumbai site in the year 1996.
 Co-ordinated with ERM Team for conducting Environmental
Impact Assessment both qualitative and quantitative in the year
2002 as a part of pre - closure activity of Parke – Davis site.
The results revealed No Adverse Affect on soil as well as
Ground water. This was due to continuous monitoring of site
Environmental activities.

Established EHS systems and procedures in association with
Corporate EHS team at the time of Commissioning of Warner
Lambert India Pvt. Ltd. (Adams), a Confectionery Unit in
Bangalore, including installation and commissioning of
Fire Protection Systems such as Hydrant System, Sprinkler
System and Smoke Detection System.
Held additional responsibility of Civil Maintenance and
Projects since 1997, which helped the organization in
Incorporating EHS aspects in each stage of various projects

Participated in Warner Lambert and New Pfizer- Asia and
Australia Regional EHS Training and Workshops on Various
Aspects held in different parts of the Region as under:

Manila, Phillippines: July 1997 EHS Orientation & Training.

Bangkok, Thailand: July 1998 Training on Standards & Guidelines.

Sydney, Australia: Oct. 1999 Training on Policies and Implementation.

Taipei, Taiwan: Nov. 2000 EHS Training & IH workshop.

Bangkok, Thailand: Feb. 2001 Orientation on New Pfizer Policies & Guidelines.
Goa, India: Mar. 2001 PGM EHS Orientation and sharing of best Practices.

Nov. 1988 to Feb. 1992: Worked as Deputy Manager Safety in M/s. Andhra Pradesh

• In charge of Safety activities & complying with statutory and
