Phase 1

Agricultural Bank of Sudan

1987 -1992: Agricultural Field Inspector, Agricultural Bank of Sudan (Investment Department) Southern Sudan (Renk Branch), Northern Sudan (Kamlein, Madeni, and Managil Branches).
Job Responsibilities:
Field visit to evaluate availability of the essential requirements for the agricultural investment, such as soil, irrigation system etc.
Preparation of feasibility studies for projects to be financed
Provide advice and guidance to the farmers how to use the agricultural loans according to the recommended technical package.
Participation in the preparation of annual budget in the branch.
Participate in the preparation of the financing plan.

1992-1997: Branch Manger, Agricultural Bank of Sudan (Branches of Huda, Managil, Madani, and Ruffaa).
Job Responsibilities
Management of operations in the branch such as the deposits and other banking operations, in addition to the financial operations with its different types, agricultural, commercials, industrial and services.
Work to achieve goals of the agricultural bank, mainly is the promotion of the agricultural sector through the provision of agricultural loans to participate in the agricultural development
The implementation of the projects submitted by the support agencies, NGOs (FAO, IFAD, UNDP), in the branch area.
Personnel management in the branch
Management of warehouses in the branch
Preparation of the annual budget in collaboration with all sections in the branch
Preparation of the financing plan according to the branch area activities
To attract the savings of citizens through create a good relation with them to gain more customers.
Supervise the purchasing and marketing of agricultural inputs (fertilizers, chemicals, machineries, irrigation kits, seeds etc.)as well as agricultural products.

Phase 2

1999 – 2000 Deputy Secretary of Academic Affairs. University of Juba- Administrative work equivalent to staff member.

Assist the Secretary of Academic Affairs in
Carry out secretarial work and follow the implementation of the decisions and recommendation of the senate and all its standing committee
Administer training program for academic and sub- academic staff and technicians
Carry out all necessary preparations for admission of students to the University
Prepare University diplomas and other certificate for graduates
Prepare all statistical pertaining to academic affairs
Supervise the editing of university official publication
Prepare the minutes of the senate meetings.
Announcement for staff and technicians vacancies.
Preparation of graduation ceremony.

2001 – 2003 Registrar College of Medicine, University of Juba, Sudan
Job Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains degree audit module for students and advisers used for tracking degree requirements.
Develop and deliver training and informational materials for college students and advisers in the use of the Degree Evaluation.
Provide on-going advice and training in the use of systems.
Audits academic records of all graduating students and posts degrees to student records.
Provides for ongoing academic advising for students concerning graduation requirements.
Processes transfer articulation of all academic transcripts (domestic & foreign) .
Collaborates with Deans, Department Chairs, Admissions Offices and other related committees and functional users in the implementation, development and maintenance of a versatile and effective course catalog.
Documents and deploys changes and ensures compliance with all academic and institutional policies.
Coordinates summer school enrollment for students
Supervises all functions related to Commencement (mailings, student tagging, announcements, reports, Who's Who List, departmental honors, Latin honors)
Co-ordinate with the secretary for academic affairs the administration and keep the academic records of students
Submit to the dean of the college annual report of the performance and behavior of officials and workers in the college
Issue sick reports to officials and workers n the college and issue travel warrants to academic and sub academic staff
Keep custody of the records of the College Board.
Perform any duties which the dean or deputy dean may assign.

2004– 2006: Director Center for Human Resources and Continual Education. University of Juba, Sudan
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall management of the center
Cooperate and coordinate with all institutions and persons for the proper running of the program of the center
Carry out any other duties which may be assigned by the university authorities
Prepare the annual budget of the center in accordance with the university regulations
