I graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering and have worked at various levels in the construction of heavy industrial projects: plants - LNG, diesel power, nickel, cement, steel; and buildings - residential and commercial, school, hospital. I was a member of the team that prepares and submitted the bid documents, and also, I was privileged to supervise the actual construction of the projects awarded to us. I. PT Truba Jaya Engineering, Indonesia
Superintendent
2006 to 2008
Tangguh LNG Project, for British Petroleum, Bintuni, Irian Jaya, Indonesia.

Supervised the contract execution to install mechanical equipments (static and rotary); heavy lift and inland transportation. The project is located in a very remote area. Health, Safety, Security and Environment was first and foremost activity in the project. We completed the project safely and on schedule.

II. PT Truba Jurong Engineering, Indonesia
Superintendent for the following projects:
1992 to 1997 (a, b, c); 1989 to 1991 (d)
a. Electrolytic Cleaning Line 2 (EPC), for PT Krakatau Steel, Cilegon, West Java, Indonesia.
I coordinated all partners and contractors involved with the project. It was located within an operational area. We completed the project safely
and on schedule.

b. Arun Field Booster Compression Project, for PT Mobil Oil Indonesia, Lhuksukon, Aceh
Utara, Sumatra, Indonesia.
Supervised the contract execution to install mechanical equipments (static and
rotary), heavy lift works, and inland transportation. The project was located within an
operational gas field. We completed the works safely and on schedule.

c. LNG Train F Project, for PT Badak, Bontang, Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia.

Supervised the contract execution to install mechanical equipments (static
and rotary), heavy lift and inland transportation. The project was located
beside an operational plant. We completed the project safely and ahead of schedule.

d. Kiln 4 Project (Cost Plus), for PT International Nickel Company (INCO), Soroako, Sulawesi
Selatan, Indonesia.
Supervised the staff and direct workers engaged to: construct kiln pier, equipment
foundation; and erection of steel structures. The project was located within an operational
area. We completed the project safely and the client was satisfied with our performance.

III. Jurong Engineering Limited, Singapore
a. Civil Construction Inspector
2003 to 2004
Tam Diep Cement Plant Project, Ninh Binh, Vietnam
Assigned to monitor and review the activities of civil works contractors. This was a government
priority project. I made sure that the contractors followed the specifications, standards,
drawings, and schedule. We completed the works safely.
b. Project Engineer
1979 to 1986
Al-tameem 400/132 KV Substation Project, for Iraq State of Electricity, Kirkuk, Iraq.
Supervised the civil works contractors engaged to construct: site leveling
and grading; equipment foundation; road works, drainage, and pavement; control building;
warehouse; and operator houses. The project was give an extension because of the
damaged brought about by the Iraq – Iran war. Inspite of the difficulties brought about by
the war, we were able to complete the project safely.

IV. PT Rekayasa Industri, Indonesia
Superintendent
1997 to 2000
Urea Granule Fertilizer Plant Project (BOT, for PT Pupuk Kaltim,
Bontang, Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia.
I was assigned to supervise the contractors engaged to construct: Sea Water Intake and
Outfall; equipment foundation; erection of steel structures; heavy lift and inland
transportation. The project is located beside and operational area and ongoing projects. We
completed the project safely and on schedule.

V. National Power Corporation, Philippines
Civil Construction Engineer
1975 to 1979
Amlan 11 MW Diesel Power Plant Project (Government Priority Project), Negros Oriental
Assigned to oversee the contractors engaged to construct: control building; warehouse;
equipment foundation; switchyard and substation; cooling water system with a small earth
dam; erection of 69 KV transmission lines timber poles. We completed the project safely and
on schedule.
