I am Thirty nine and a half years old and now I have been working in PT. YTL Jawa Timur (Malaysia Company) for operator and maintenance of Private Power Plant with capacity 610X2 MW as Document Controller. Besides that I have worked in many places with different discipline knowledge and experiences as you can observe in my curriculum vitae. 2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

Document Controller in Toyo Engineering Corporation from December 09, 1996 till September 27, 1998. (Toyo Engineering Corp is Japan General Contractor for Construction Private Steam Power Project Phase I, unit 7 & 8 with capacity 620X2 MW)

Assistant Document Controller in PT. PowerGen Jawa Timur (British Company) from 28-9-1998 until 6-12-2004 (PT. PowerGen Jawa Timur is Operator and as well as Maintenance for Private Power Plant Unit 5&6 with capacity 610X2 MW)

Document Controller in PT. YTL Jawa Timur from 7-12-2004 until now. (PT. YTL Jawa Timur is Operator and as well as Maintenance for Private Power Plant Unit 5&6 with capacity 610X2 MW). PT. YTL Jawa Timur has taken over PT. PowerGen Jawa Timur in 2004 (Acquisition).

At present I have been handling very large Technical Data Centre room. It covers product manual, operation manual, maintenance manual, site erection, turn over package, operation report, code standard, technical books, tool certificate, Inspection Certificate, CDs, catalogues, Plant Modification Request (PMR) etc. All are computerized. There are 4451 binder files, 1289 drawings and 4167 technical correspondences, 125 catalogues, 98 technical books, 27 code standards and more than 450 CDs.

My recent main jobs with the large Technical Data Centre room is:
1. Control and monitor all incoming and outgoing documents.
2. Verify documentation received is complete and correct.
3. Record all incoming and outgoing documents.
4. Ensure that all documentation is recorded electronically and stored correctly.
5. Distribute documents in an effective manner
6. Make sure “Indexing and coding” is correct.
7. Make sure the documents are in the right place.
8. Make sure all documents are computerized.
9. Make sure all documents are in the latest revision.
10. Make sure the documents circulation quickly and correctly.
11. Make sure “Retrieval and searching” documents are easy.
12. Make sure all the documents in good condition.
13. Make sure “Removal and Destroying Process” is valid.
14. Report to Engineering Manager periodically.
