Location : SAUDI ARAMCO KHURAIS PROJECTS, Khurais, Saudi ARIBA.

Saudi Aramco is the state-owned national oil company of Saudi Arabia. It is the largest oil corporation in the world with the largest proven crude oil reserves and production.
ON GOING KHURAIS PROJECT:
The Khurais project is the Ultra Mega Project of Saudi Aramco .This Project as a whole covers three oil fields: Khurais, AbuJifan and Mazalij. Our scope contains mainly two parts, complete installation and pre commissioning of 6 Gas Insulated substations (Named as CPF, ESP1, ESP2, ESP3, ABU JIFAN, and MAZALIJ). Installation and pre commissioning of 115 kV GIS Switchgear, 115 kV GIS Switchgear related control, protection and metering panels, Remote Terminal Unit for SCADA system, DFR, PMS, Annunciator Panels, HV, MV.LV cable lines, 115/13.8 KV, 115/34.5 Power transformers, 34.5 kV switchgear, 34.5kV/480v transformers, LV switchgear and LV MCC DC system (Rectifiers, distribution panels, batteries LV Cables and the related conduits or ladders, Auxiliary AC and DC distribution panels.
Job description & Responsibilities:
Organized and coordinate SAPDD, for witness, & Contractor or Third Party to conduct testing and commissioning of the following activities, Hi-pot Test for MV and HV Cables respectively, Stability, Point to point, Functional & Intertrip Tests and Final Relay Settings for Medium & Low Voltage Switchgears, Transformer Stability and Transformer Trip test, Transformer Oil Samples, and Torquing for bolts, & lugs for cables.
Organized and coordinate SAPID Inspection Saudi Aramco Operation and Maintenance for witness, & Contractor to conduct testing and commissioning of the following activities, Insulation resistance test for low voltage cables and building wires, ratio test, winding test and insulation test for low voltage transformers, Primary injection test for molded case circuit breakers and the Power breakers of Panel boards and MCC’s, Illumination Test, Earth resistance test and polarity test for receptacles.
