Main Responsibilities:

 Working on SAP software for making Instrument Equipment list from ISS (Instrument Specification Sheet) as per PETRORabigh Codes, Standards and Specifications.

 Weekly Cross checking instrument equipment on site, and submitted report to Head (O&M).

 Planning for new WOP material & installation on site.

 Daily reporting of work activity submitted to Manager (O&M).

 Supervision of Refinery Areas VDU (Vacuum Distillation Unit), VGOHDT (Vacuum Gas Oil Hydrotreater) SRU (Sulfur Recovery Unit) and Utility Area.

 Planning daily work assignments for refinery &utility areas.

Instrument Engineer (E & I) Saudi Kayan PC & ECDMC (Projects):

Main Responsibilities:

 Review of Engineering Drawings & Documents like System Architecture Diagram, ISS, ILD Interconnection Diagram, Installation Schedule, Hookup Diagram, I/O List, Cause & Effect Diagram, and Cable Schedule & P & I D in accordance with relevant Codes & Standards.
 Preparation of Construction Method Statements (CMS)
 Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
 Request for Inspection (RFI) and performance tests for equipments after installation for final approval.
 RIB (Remote Instrument Building)/UCB/CCR (Universal Control Building) as a site engineer work.
 Installation of Instrument Cable Trays & RGS, PVC Conduits in RIB&UCB.
 Installation of RIB /UCB Panels.
 Installation & Testing of Gas Detectors (Toxic, H2S, O2).
 Installation & Termination of LCD in UCB.
 Installation & Termination of GPRS/GSM Antenna in UCB.
 Installation of MCT Modules (R20, R40, R60, R90).
 Field/Main cable Testing, Glanding&Termination in RIB.
 JB side Main&Secondry Cable Testing, Glanding&Termination.
 Grounding testing from main BUS bar to panels (I.E, P.E).
 Continuity checking armored cables (core to core, core to armored, core to ground).
 Meggaring & continuity checking after termination PDP, MC, SC.
 SC to MC Continuity checking.
 Pre-commissioning work Using HART 375 Communicator for loop checking.
 Checking & configuration the running operation on CENTUM CS-3000 YOKOGAWA DCS software.
 Pre-Power Test after completion of termination & testing of all cabinets/panels.
 Installation of field instruments i.e. (TT, LT, FT, PT, DPT, LG, PG etc.) YOKOGAWA, EMERSON.
 Procedure of SAT (Site Acceptance TEST) & FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
 Instrument, network & Control Cables termination related to petrochemical projects following SABIC Industrial Standards.
 Resolving problems through proper consultation with clients
 Preparing daily progress reports, Planning & Scheduling, which require submittal to Project Management Team (SKPMT, IPMT) and Client (DAELIM).
 Following Health Safety and Environment Policy for the safe work environment and attending seminars and meetings.
