Recently I am working in RCMC in Saudi Arabia as an Acting Director.
After the completion of my Baccalaureate in Nursing from Al Exanderia University Hospital of Nursing in 1983, I had worked in different hospitals in Egypt as a Nursing Supervisor as well as Nursing Director. I have considerable amount of experiences including several courses related to this field. I would highlight my precious and extensive knowledge about good problem solving, decision making and team working skills that assist me to tackle difficult situation effectively.
Beside these national experience I have worked in Saudi Arabia in different hospitals and recently I am working in Royal commission Medical Center Yanbu Al- Saniyah, Saudi Arabia 362 bedded hospital from October 2004 up to date.

Along with building an excellent clinical and management expertise, I also involved my self in several extracurricular activities to achieve well established personal and professional growth. In addition to that, I have also participated in Advance Cardiac Life Support Program, Internal Nurses Day, Trauma Symposium, ER Management and ER utilization, Communication, Patient Satisfaction and diabetic workshop. On these perspectives, I presume that both my skills and professional attribute seems very beneficial for your organization.
