As per business requirement can do FEA analysis using ANSYS10 when any nozzle does not pass using tools in Caesar-II.
Done Modal and Fatigue analysis in a vibration problem of Main flare system and solved heavy vibration problem of reciprocating compressor lines in Hydrogen Compressor Unit (HCU) using Modal analysis. Done PSV relief load and SLUG analysis in a number of cases. Have done UG piping also

4. Issuing analyzed stress packages - marked-up stress isos, load summary sheets, SPRING, BELLOW, STURT, SNUBBER and SPS Data Sheets etc.

5. Making SPRING, BELLOW, STURT, SNUBBER and SPS Indexes.

6. Checking “Back-check print”/ “Check print” version of the isos, given by Layout, to judge their compatibility with stress marked-up isos and to select proper support according to support standard.
