PROJECT # 1 : Mast 2 Mtrs
CLIENT : L& T
ROLE : Team Member
RESPONSIBILITIES : Developed the masts under the supervision of project manager getting the work done according to the design coordinating with techanicians and document preparation.
PROJECT # 2 : Multi Axial Sub Assemblage Testing System (MAST)
CLIENT : DLRL(Defense Electronics & Research Laboratory)
ROLE : Team Leader
RESPONSIBILITIES : Coordinating with DLRL for the development of mast, from its inception until final delivery.
I was responsible for ATP approval, Design Document, Production Document and up gradation of mast. Interacting with out sourcing group for design changes and meets the production targets. Co coordinating with scientists of DLRL for mast proto types (Type-I, II, III) approval.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
Masts are used in borders, where the antennas and radars are mounted on top of it and it is hoisted and retracted when required. The masts can take loads up to 200Kgs. The hoisted and retracted heights of masts are;
TYPE- I Mast - 13Mtrs, 1.9Mtrs
TYPE- II Mast - 13Mtrs, 2.5Mtrs
TYPE-III Mast - 7.1 Mtrs, 1.9Mtrs
These masts stood in tough environmental standards.
