1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]
The prime focus of my activities and influence may be summarised by saying that as a very experienced Engineer (in all types of mechanical and electrical work) I have been given the responsibility for managing many initiatives within both a facilities and maintenance environment.
Since the closure of Rolls-Royce earlier this year, I have been employed by Logan Energy to Assist the Field Service Manager, Europe. A very challenging and pressurised position I have been chiefly responsible for the drafting of RA and MS, statement of works and work scopes. Heavy involvement in the requisition and ordering of serviceable, consumerable/ maintenance components whilst working from my home office is also a considerable aspect, as too is the co ordination of such and performing activities associated in developing a new technology. I have a strong customer focused approach and place great importance on building and developing productive relationships both internal from a production point of view, and external, with vendors and contractors; ensuring that appropriate attention is paid to all aspects of activities. I am also very determined, enthusiastic and extremely passionate about my responsibilities; and above all very hard working.
I believe that I could offer a great deal to this company, and I am very keen to be considered by a well structured business. I would value the opportunity to meet and discuss this application in greater detail, sufficed to say I would be only too pleased to provide any further information you may require.
