• Supervise and administer the operations and administration for a team of Data Base Administrators (DBAs) within Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Technology Services.

As a member of the Oracle’s Consulting Support organization, my focus was to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base, while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
