I just saw your ad on Seek for the above position, I am actually looking for FIFO work and thought this looked like something within my skill set but was wondering if it was immediate start, or if you had any other similar postions.
I am available to start work immediately. I am looking for full- time work with the possible progression of mining or shut-down work. I am currently located in Onslow on a shutdown until Friday when I will be back in Perth.
I am an experienced Scaffolder and rigger with my Advanced tickets in both these fields, I have 6 years experience, 2 of those being in Leading Hand roles. I have my Working at Heights, Working in Confined Spaces, Lock holders, Rio Tinto HSE & GSI and VOC.
I have experience in tube & fitting, modular, and have done FIFO work before. I have high health and safety standards and will uphold the companies best interests and policies. I am enthusiastic about my work, and enjoy working in a team environment to achieve whatever goals are necessary for completion of the project

Leading Hand – Working with Tube and Fitting, erecting scaffolding at the mechanical stage of construction in the Boddington goldmine.
• March 2008 – November 2008, Traditional Scaffolding & Rigging, Perth, WA (FIFO)
Leading Hand – In Newman on the hub in the construction stage. In charge of 6 people scaffolding for a large number of contractors, liaising with the health and safety officers, management and insuring all paperwork was completed and up to date
• 2007-2008 Palmer Scaffolding Whangarei, NZ
Scaffolder - Working on commercial and residential sites. Working as the leading hand, running jobs with up to 5 guys. My main duties included drawing the job, loading/driving the trucks, erection of the scaffold and finishing of the job.
