5 years experience in piping stress analysis using CAESAR II in various refinery and petrochemical plants. I am presently working in Bayer Technology and Engineering (Shanghai) as piping stress engineer. Equipped with strong desire to learn, I am looking for long-term career in piping engineering and design.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
•Produce schedule of critical lines.
•Prepare and establish input procedure and piping stress specification as per project requirement.
•Perform pipe loading calculation.
•Prepare piping stress sketch from isometric and/or general arrangement drawings with all relevant mechanical data information.
•Perform piping stress and vibrant analysis on lines identified in the schedule of critical lines. These includes piping systems attached to pumps, air fin coolers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks, fired heaters and others using CAESAR II taking into account all Codes, Client and Inspection authority requirement.
•Perform various types of engineering calculations such as flange leak check, trunnion check and nozzle load evaluation based on the Codes and Standards.
•Perform a minimum of visual inspection and check on non-critical lines to ensure that sufficient piping flexibility exists in accordance with the applicable design code.
•Prepare piping stress packages and documentations for submission to Client.
•Verify line routing and pipe support location through construction site visit observing all rules and regulations inside the refinery.
•Specify usage of special supports/engineered items such as spring hangers and expansion joints.
•Suggest special piping support configuration.
•Prepare work schedule, manhour planning, report and budget and conduct weekly meeting for the status of piping stress activities within the project.
