I have nearly 19 Years of experience in chemical industry in monitoring, control, administration, operation of Prefractionation, Hydrobon, Molex, Fired Heaters, distillation columns and Compressors augmented with safety management at all levels. I managed all mechanical, electrical & Instrument jobs at sites, shut downs and start ups with familiarity to safety standards and ISO 140001 processes. Additionally, I managed and supervised tank farm activities such as tanker logistics of Hazardous, Non Hazardous, Highly flammable chemical products. I am self discipline, safety oriented, resourceful, adaptable and reliable person with required skills.

Nature of work:
• Safe and Efficient Field Operations in Process sections
o Pre Fractionation
o In Prefract section, heart cut kerosene of carbon chain C10 –C14 is separated from feed stock using distillation.
o Hydro treator
o The purpose of UOP Hydrotreator unit is to remove naturally occurring contaminants from feed .These are removed in reactor in presence of S12 catalyst at310DegC while pressure is 65kg/cm2
o Sour Water Stripper
o H2S and NH3 form in reaction forms salt which are dissolves in water and are treated in sour water stripper
o UOP Molex Unit
o Molex process is effective method of separating normal paraffin from stream of hydrobon having normal and non normal by selective adsorption process.
o Fired Heaters
o Compressors
o Compressors are reciprocating, double acting and multistage.
