Got the sufficient managers in the dinning Facility, maintenance department and man camp. The medical centre is also my responsibilities with nurses and a doctor.
• Worked in varies site and handle large camps with high volumes of staff from all over the world and prestige contracts like the US Embassy in Baghdad , Tikrit outlet , Falcon, D12 ,J7and Ramadi .


January 2005 – March 2006 ESS Middle East/Nigeria Site Manager

DUTIES:
• Managing the entire camp that consists of 243 contract workers of several companies that live and work there. Meals to Iraqi soldiers up to 45000 per day at the police academy.
• I see to it that fresh water, black water, diesel, benzene and kitchen supplies get ordered weekly from the main base in Iraq and that everything is in working order.
• Do all site reports that are relevant to the company gets done on a daily basis and send through to head office in Baghdad.
• All control reports that is relevant to the company gets done on a daily basis and send through to head office in Baghdad.
• Month end reports and accounts to the client at the end of each month
• Daily meeting with the client and the project manager from Laguna, Earth Tec, Tetra Tec, Amec, Ecci, Omega and the Iraq workers on the base
• Supervising and controlling of 900 Iraqi workers on the base.
• Daily inspections of the catering department which comply to health and safety rules of the company policy
• Daily inspections to all the water pots and generators to see that they are in good working condition, it supplies electricity and fresh water to 13500 Iraqi soldiers. We see to it that it is serviced on a regular base.
• All maintenance issues are handled by my maintenance team.
• Contract finished at the end of November 2005 and moved to Nigeria after demobilizing of the contract, man camp and all assists.
